A very cozy hotel with a very convenient location (near the indoor market with incredibly delicious local delicacies, and you can also quickly get to the large shopping center Rossia Mall). Cleanliness is 5 plus, which is very important to me and what immediately catches my eye. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. There is a wonderful view of Ararat from the fifth floor. In the morning, you can just perfectly see him from the windows of the room until he hid in the daytime haze (which often happens, as it turned out). The staff also liked it very much and left the most positive impressions. If you need something in your room, they will always bring it to you and do it with a smile. All the guys were positive and smiling.

Nice hotel, clean, spacious. I had a rest in February 2025. Pleasant, courteous staff. Cleaning is regular. Requests are quickly fulfilled. Price/quality ratio👍👍👍10 minutes walk to the Vernissage. But the area where the hotel is located is not well-maintained.
