Disgusting service. We were not registered at the reception for a long time upon arrival.The workers don't speak Russian, the English is crooked. As for the room, the wires from the wall in the bathroom, the room was not cleaned at all for 7 days, not to mention the bed linen.We were constantly asked which room we live in, the staff does not have the information.The walls are very thin, and the audibility is enormous. I don't recommend it, it's not even 2 stars.

Before the trip, I found very few reviews about Mensen. And all the negativity. The expectations were alarming. It turned out to be different. It's not crowded at all: a table of 3 meters, a great bed, two armchairs. smart TV, kettle, large wardrobe, safe, room key card. Yes, a brick wall is visible through the window and a towel was brought after the appeal. A special theme is breakfast. Excellent: the buffet is literally. We have 2-3 weak breakfast options in Russian hotels without a choice. There is no fault to find here. The hostess of the restaurant is an irresistible blonde, Russian woman. In the lobby of the hotel, young guys do not understand all the guests from Russia, but they quickly get out of the situation - they invite experts. For breakfast: cheese of 3 grades, sliced sausage of 3 grades, chopped boiled sausages. The side dishes are excellent, I find it difficult to say what they are made of. Fruit. garnet cut, etc. A lot of baking is new to me, My breakfast is not included - I paid 12 manats. The TV is smart, we forgot You Tube, but here is a great signal. The hotel is not in the center, but the area is not the outskirts, there are at least a dozen hotels on the street.

Remnants of former luxury)) The hotel itself understands that the level is deteriorating, which is probably why it is erasing the stars, now it is a solid 2 stars. I estimate taking into account the cost - 26,000 for 5 nights for 4 people.
