Opposite the entrance to the Knesset (For the uninitiated: The Knesset is the Israeli Parliament, i.e. the legislative body of the country. The name of the Knesset, as well as the number of 120 of its deputies, is taken from the Great Assembly - the Council of representatives of the Jewish People, established in Jerusalem after the return of the Jews from Babylonian captivity (from 598 to 539 BC), the symbol of Israel is a giant bronze Menorah (seven candlesticks) decorated with bas-reliefs. There is a Rose Garden not far from the palace. It was installed on the 6th anniversary of the independence of the State of Israel. The whole history of the Jewish people is woven into the seven-candle book. It consists of thousands of fragments and shapes... It's very interesting to look at.
The Menorah is amazing!
