The staff is friendly, polite, they respond quickly to everything. Hummus is delicious; lamb ribs /lula / liver are tender, lahmajun is crispy, the skin of tomatoes is peeled in salads. Turkish tea with baklava is the perfect combination of flavors. In summer it is good, the windows are open, not smoking, there are no smokers sitting next to each other, in winter there is a big minus, both rooms are smoky. Alma-Ata is beautiful)

I ordered the lahmajun to be brought in 5 minutes, it was warmed up in the microwave in places cold. I told the waiter. They went and reheated it longer in the microwave and brought it. The renovation was done, and the kitchen is like in a regular diner. Alas, it does not pull on a decent cafe.

Очень неприветливые . Попросили почистить стол перед заказом, официантка демонстративно отказалась , и через просьбы только это сделала. Жарко. Попросили кондиционер включить. Сначала включили ,потом выключили и открыли окна. И все это молча и без извинений, хотя бы. Супы вкусные а рыба просто не съедобная. Однозначно больше никогда там не будем трапезничать.

Категорически не рекомендую. Цены значительно выше среднего, но качество при этом так себе. Меню содержит в основном турецкие блюда. И кстати среди посетителей было заметно много турков.
Один из немногих плюсов - в заведении можно курить, что сразу же превращается в большой минус, если вы не курящий человек.

Грязные скатерти, все прокурено так что даже во внутреннем зале, где вроде не курят стоит стойкий запах сигарет. Дорадо на гриле была пересушена. Цены высокие. Еда средняя

Еда так себе. Был на бизнес ланче, просто распробовать. Немного ниже есть турецкое кафе, там обеды в разы вкуснее

Цены для такого кафе космические. Если бы все соответствовало... заказали рыбу... не первой свежести, с запахом и вкус непонятный. Но админ норм, все убрал и признал попросил извинения
