A wonderful memorial complex, visiting which every time you feel a sense of pride for our great people, for our country. Everything is done with dignity and touching. My relatives were in these places during those terrible years. I advise everyone to visit the memorial.

A very atmospheric place of heroic memory of the action of the partisan detachments of the Polotsk-Lepel partisan zone.
After the restoration, it is definitely worth a visit.
Also impressive are the dugouts located to the left in the forest from the memorial complex.
A good place
This complex is my age. In 2016, a large-scale reconstruction was carried out. Many passing by make a stop and show the kids the equipment and the memorial itself. There is not enough infrastructure for tourists.
A very interesting and beautiful place. The children (my son is 5 years old, my daughter is 4 years old) really liked military equipment. A Zinitka, an armored personnel carrier, a tank and three (or four) guns are at the entrance. They were painted for the holiday (we were on May 10th), so they looked amazing. The bronze figure of a soldier looks beautiful against the background of a gray wall. What upset me a little is the locked dugouts (you need to book an excursion in Ushachi). Everything is clean, very beautiful.
It is a very memorable and iconic place. I went there for the second time with my family. The scale of the complex for a rural location is impressive, although there is something to work on. For those who honor the feat of our ancestors, who raise children with the memory of their exploits and for whom the words "Victory" are not empty, I recommend it.
You need to go there! It is there that you can feel how the partisans with wagons, with women and children in their arms passed through the ring of the German encirclement.
The memorial was opened in 1974. It is dedicated to the heroic breakthrough of partisan formations through the blockade of the German punishers, in May 1944. Which served to avoid death and remove more than 15,000 local people from the encirclement.
The memorial complex "Breakthrough" is located in an area where a large group of partisans with heavy losses managed to break through the encirclement of the punishers, after which the partisan brigades continued to fight the Nazis until they joined the Red Army units in June 1944.
The memorial leaves a very strong impression.
It is dedicated to the breakthrough on the night of May 5, 1944 by the partisan brigades of the blockade carried out by the German fascist troops.
The partisans brought out wounded soldiers and 15,000 civilians. 450 guerrilla fighters died in the fighting. All of them are buried in a mass grave at the top of the memorial.
A beautiful memorial, the sculptor accurately conveyed the facial expressions of the fighter in the sculpture. She is tired, grieving, hating the enemy and eager to go in front and only in front.
