A wonderful memorable place. It is mandatory for people of all ages to visit. It is well maintained, clean, beautiful and informative.
There is a parking lot on each side of the road.
A memorable place dedicated to the heroic breakthrough of the partisans from the encirclement, the complex has a sculpture, military equipment, an oak grove was planted according to the number of partisan brigades. Everything is well maintained, flowerbeds.
If you are interested in the history of the Second World War, here is a monument dedicated to the partisan movement during the Second World War at the entrance of the military equipment of Afghanistan, a BMP tank and also the Second World War, there is even a 1937 sorokopyatka cannon and do not forget to go down to the left there is a partisan village below, several zamlyanok there is even a forest school
It is definitely worth visiting this place to honor the memory of the dead.
There are also dugouts with personal belongings on the territory, you can see a Soviet iron, an oven, a typewriter and other household items..
A beautiful memorial and the area itself. There is no infrastructure, the visit is free. Most likely, you will not want to return it a second time, but you can see it once if you are passing through.
We were at the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the breakthrough. The celebration was organized . It was all about the reconstruction of the battle and the rally, performances by artists and folk groups. The finale was a beautiful fireworks display.
It's a decent place, but they didn't figure out where to sit. There is no toilet nearby anywhere. There is not enough information about those events. At least they left some signs.
When visiting, be sure to inspect the dugouts, there are no signs there to see them after climbing the mountain, go to the left there you will see a wooden staircase
A very proper place and an Emotional monument. A place of true National military glory, a mass grave of partisans who went down in history with a Feat worthy of Eternal memory. It's a pity that I only visited now.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supports such a monument in decent condition.
There is a lack of description of the elements of the monument, since the symbolism of the trees is not very clear without a tour for the first time...
Children should be brought to such places to be remembered. It's a pity that few people know about this memorial. There are no people there and it's so quiet...
The beauty is indescribable, it takes you by the soul, eternal memory to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War! The atmosphere is not something that words cannot explain, it is better to visit it yourself!
Good day to all, we were here in early May, the weather was good, very pleasant, well-groomed and dignified. I recommend everyone to visit in person, the aura of this memorial is unforgettable.
A significant place, I recommend you to visit. There are mass graves under the oaks. Everything is clean and well-groomed, well done for keeping your memory.
If possible, I advise you to visit with children. You can have a picnic after the tour, which is facilitated by equipped gazebos. Before the trip, I read the information about this place and told the children in an accessible form. My (3, 6 and 8 years old) children enjoyed the trip.
I didn't like this creation. Some negative emotions. It didn't fit in Hungary, but IT WILL DO in Russia ANYWAY.Somewhere they put, yes, abstraction-Love rings or a Lucky ball, maybe stupidity, but it's nice. And then something climbs out of the swamp-it's unpleasant. They put Nevsky over there-krasiao.Can't this Breakthrough be sent back to Hungary?
After the restoration, it became a wonderful place as a memorial complex. You can see the headquarters of soldiers' strawberries, a forest school, defensive structures, equipment, memorial plaques and monuments. A very atmospheric and quiet place where you can plunge into wartime to the fullest and close your eyes in absolute silence to hear machine gun fire, shell explosions and screams of the wounded, but it is worth opening your eyes immediately saw a calm peaceful sky, silence, greenery around, birds sing and only the complex itself recalls the terrible years of war and battles.
We visited the complex after the restoration. In principle, everything was done well, but the abundance of modern symbols and the lack of authentic ones are a little confusing: after all, Soviet people fought for the Soviet Union. Plus, the inappropriate placement of modern equipment (BMP-1, T-72, a pair of howitzers), and only an authentic anti-aircraft gun and a 37-year-old cannon
It is located a little far from Vitebsk. But nevertheless, we did not regret that we visited. A truly historic place. Be sure to read on the Internet what event the memorial is dedicated to.
A very strong place! A wonderful memorial that will always remind you of the Feat of the people who broke fascism! May every hero rest in peace! Thank him for the Victory! 💥
We got into the memorial complex by accident, the scale of the complex was amazing, very clean and well maintained. The history of the complex and the place is very interesting, there is a small exhibition of military equipment.
An extraordinary place. Thanks to the people of Belarus for the memory and maintenance of monuments. The monument is a delight, it shows the power of the defenders. Be sure to visit this memorial.
If you are passing by, be sure to stop and walk through the complex. Beautiful and mesmerizing.
