A memorial plaque to Bely Vladimir Alekseevich was installed in Gomel on the building of the Institute of Mechanics of Metal Polymer Systems of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus at 32a Kirova Street. The board is made in the form of an expanded book: on one page there is an inscription, on the other - a portrait of a scientist. The inscription on the board reads: "Bely Vladimir Alekseevich, academician, founder of the Institute of Mechanics of Metal Polymer Systems of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus." We are proud and remember!!!
