Mine is buried here. He died in December 1943. I came here with trepidation and tears. I brought the kids. To be remembered.
Thank you to the Belarusian brothers for not just remembering, but cherishing, honoring and preserving.

an incredibly emotional place. I visited there at the end of the summer. I went there specially from Moscow and got a whole bunch of emotions. and despite the fact that it is a memorial in itself and is not saturated with joy and smiles, I left there with complex emotions inside. beautiful and uplifting, but at the same time very hard
