In November, I contacted this company in connection with the death of my mother. There was a choice either to contact such a service at the hospital or at the memorial. I really regretted that I turned to the memorial. The employee accepting our documents was rude with a complete lack of understanding of where she worked. We paid for the services, but during the funeral we found that there was no pillow case (found in the cemetery), the second willing employee turned out to be dishonest, thinking that we would also not notice the absence of a white cape. I could never imagine that a person could fall so low stealing from the deceased. The only conscientious person is a photographer. And as for the director, it remains to be regretted that he does not monitor his employees.
