Some advantages. I have been coming here since 2014 for 10 years. The sea is 5 minutes away. The breakfasts are full. A quiet place. Lots of cafes nearby. Migros is 5M away in 7 minutes by bus. Shok, Bim, Migros grocery stores are within walking distance. The bazaar on Fridays is 800 meters, the bazaar in the Estuary on Tuesday is 5 bus stops away. In short, there are some advantages. This is a small family-run hotel with good hosts.

A sincere family hotel. Conveniently located, 7 minutes to the sea through the park. Cafes and shops are nearby. The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, there were enough towels for everyone, visitors are not disturbed unnecessarily, breakfast is traditional Turkish. I brewed my own coffee, bought at the nearest store. There is a microwave, dishes, currency exchange. A refrigerator can be rented if necessary for an additional fee.

I was vacationing in August 2024, when I entered the hotel, I was met by a good-natured owner,calm,wise,there were cute cats in the lobby, the atmosphere was calm, quiet,breakfast in the morning,there is a pool,the sea is within walking distance,there are many pleasant cafes and restaurants around, the location is convenient.
If you need peace, tranquility, the sea, then you are here.
They respond to any request , are good-natured, and the energy is pleasant.

Super! I didn't expect much from a two-piece, but apart from the lack of a dryer on the balcony, there's not even anything to complain about. Well, I pulled the rope myself. Everything is clean, everything is there (refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer). Nice bed and furniture. Friends in another hotel have a curtain instead of a shower stall, but here it is and there is no problem with hot water. Wonderful hosts.

We had a rest in August 2023. A very cozy, family-run, quiet hotel. The owner, an elderly Turk, is constantly present himself and any situation can be solved. The only thing is that no one speaks Russian, only English. Everything in the room is working, clean. There is no kettle, but you can have tea or coffee on the ground floor. The breakfasts are meager, but that's it, you know where you're going. The sea is 5-7 minutes. The nearest store is on the boulevard, it's also a 7-minute walk. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Yes, the pool is clean. Wi-Fi is weak, but you can use it for free. You can change the currency in the lobby. The course is practically the same as the city one, and somewhere even better.
In general, I recommend it!

A trip to the MELTEM Hotel in Antalya at the end of May 2024 turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. On the third day of our stay, all the cash was stolen from us, the amount was large. We kept them in the safe at the reception on the ground floor, in the room only when we went to breakfast, and the money never left the hotel. The money disappeared at the hotel.
The owners of the hotel did not show any action, reaction or sympathy, claiming that the money could not have disappeared from the safe. Nevertheless, we are 100% sure that it was from there that our cash disappeared.
Be careful if you decide to stay at this hotel, they steal there.

I lived in Antalya for 2 months with my daughter, the second month we lived in this hotel. The price was set much lower, taking into account that there is no kitchen and you need to eat in neighboring cafes. But other hotels did not offer such a low price.
There are breakfasts, 24/7 there is tea, coffee, bread, jams, honey, butter, olives, etc.
All the staff is very friendly and pleasant. I really liked the owner of the Halil bay hotel, he always asked if everything was okay, and the woman who cleans will always help and tell me everything.
200 m from the sea, everything is nearby, you can warm up food, even cook something. It is a 30-minute walk to the shopping center, there is a transport stop nearby, you can get everywhere.
As a result, a good combination of price and quality.
