The location is excellent, in the center of life: shops, restaurants, pharmacies, anything.
Meal. I took breakfast and dinner, no drinks. There are no comments on food, it is always delicious and in sufficient quantity. There is always oatmeal and buckwheat for breakfast.The restaurant has a pleasant staff.
The sea is about 15 minutes on foot.
There is a large parking lot for guests, provided free of charge.
Cleaning. It seems to be there, but it is not there. The bed linen has not been changed once in 12 days. The floors are not washed, they are not even swept. Age-old dust on the shelves. In general, there is a lot of garbage on the territory, there are always dirty floors in public places. There are steers everywhere by the pool, cups, everything lies in the same place for several days, as if the staff does not see the garbage. It's scary to go to the toilet by the pool, the smell and dirt.
The pool closes at 18:20, a man comes with a bucket of chemicals, asks everyone to come out and puts it all in the pool.
We took a 1 bedroom apartment - a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. There are 2 folding beds in the living room, even for children it is a stretch to fit, when I sat on the cot (55 kg), it became an arc.
Bed linen has long needed to be replaced, as well as pillows.
The air conditioner works silently and very powerfully.
We asked for blankets for the children, we were told that the hotel had run out of duvet covers, and as a result we slept under a dirty blanket.
Pool towels are secured by 10 euros, but they cannot be taken to the beach, this is indicated in the rules.
The interior insulation is good, you can't hear the neighbors, either from above or from the side. But the windows are very bad, our room overlooked the restaurant, in the morning at 6 you can hear the waiters laying out the dishes. Those who have windows facing the street do not even imagine how to sleep there, there is a powerful two-piece on the street.
A 3-star hotel, not declared 4. There is no management. The girls at the reception can't solve any issues, cleaning is not their concern, they told me.

I really liked the hotel. The wonderful location is close to many shops, cafes, restaurants. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea. The food is very tasty. Mussels were served at one of the dinners. The pools are clean. The room was cleaned.

A good hotel in the city center, good food, a variety of dinners, not far from the sea in a straight line, but a good beach is a 25-30 minute walk away. We got a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the roadway and a busy street, which at first made it difficult to fall asleep, but drinking Cypriot wine on the balcony makes you feel in the thick of things. The hotel is located in the center-there are many restaurants and shops around. Close to the street of bars and clubs.

The rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi catches so-so, but the lobby is good. The buffet is good, there is always something to eat, and in the evenings there is live music on the veranda.
There are 2 pools and both are clean, there are enough sun beds, everything looks decent.
Nearby there are McDonald's, KFS, shops and a path to the street of bars. The location is gorgeous

I liked the hotel as a good combination of price and quality. The room is in the style of high-tech minimalism, generally comfortable.
Of the advantages:
- I caught Wi-Fi in the room
- the food is delicious (but somewhat monotonous). However, fruits are not very much and there are few of them. And the sweet is tasteless.
But the hot stuff is super! Especially mutton.
Of the cons:
- about 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. Who writes that 10-15 - do not believe it. You have to run to get there in 15 minutes.
- when a car with sub-buffers drives by, it seems that even the bed is shaking. But you can get used to it over time
- the sign of the neighboring KFC shone directly into our windows, so the curtain was always kept closed.

A good hotel. He keeps his 4*. Of course, it's a long way from the beach, but what a view of the cemetery, especially at night, when the neighboring karaoke bar lights it up with red light, and the howling of drunken soloists can be heard. And when will you rest like this again? But cool, seriously. Recommend. Moreover, the cemetery is small. Only the clergy are buried there. Very well maintained. And the Hotel itself is good. The amusement park is just a stone's throw away. I advise you again.

Great hotel, great location for those who want to hang out. Ayia Napa is very noisy, keep this in mind if you are traveling with children. But this hotel has rooms facing the courtyard, and good noise insulation. The food is delicious. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The amusement park is nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. but the beach is amazing!

The rooms are beautiful: freshly renovated, large rooms, air conditioning. There are two swimming pools on the territory with sun beds and umbrellas. Food and drinks for four. The menu changes little from day to day. Half of the staff are Russian speakers. It is located in the city center, near the street of bars and an amusement park. But it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea.

Room with a view of the cemetery
We lived in room 515, which overlooks exactly the cemetery.
At first we steamed up, asked to change, and then we got used to it and even had a rave: opposite the cemetery, under the windows people eat to a cheerful Cypriot music, we drink tea here on the balcony. Surly and cute.
They say that Russians are mostly settled on the other side, so get ready.
Now about the hotel:
To the center 3 minutes on foot, to the sea - 5. Location on 5.
They are cleaned daily. They change towels, pour blue chemicals into the toilet. There were no questions about cleaning.
The Wi-Fi in half of the room was working.
It was mostly quiet on the street, although it was probably a little noisy in the season: Cypriot music was playing in the tavern under the room, live music in the coffee shop on Fridays on the left, a dance floor diagonally. But we must admit that the whole city is like this and even more whiplash. This hotel is still quiet, after all, McDonald's is not noisy, there is an unfinished cafe, which is quiet at night, and the cemetery is generally always calm, without incident. So our hotel is still quiet with a few exceptions. Once before one o'clock in the morning there was a concert under the number, in a tavern, so they arranged a dance of little nocturnal ducklings there. Quack-quack-quack-quack... 0-45. Whistled and so on. That's how I understood the local hit!
Thank you that the sound insulation in the room is good if you close the door to the balcony. You can't hear the noise of the road at night. But it's stuffy, you still have to turn on the air conditioner or open the door during the night. Then cars interfere with sleeping, after all, the room is right above the roadside tavern.
The bed is not 1 large, but 2 small, pushed together. So during the eating, they can move apart, be careful, do not hurt yourself. Clean, cool sheets, kettle, refrigerator, TV, always hot water.
The food in Melpo Antia is very tasty. We had HB. The breakfast was the same, the dinner was different. The chef is a great fellow. Mutton on bones and octopuses were especially successful. The mutton was one of the best in my life. In general, the food is solid 5. No questions asked and with gratitude.

There is no latch in the room. From the daily cleaning, we received only garbage removal and cleaning agent poured into the toilet) Complaints about the reception did not have much effect. The linen was changed 1 time in a week, the day after arrival) I would put one star, but the magnificent staff of the restaurant does not allow this to be done, complete dissonance, caring and friendly. I really hope that we, the residents of the 2nd floor of the 4th building, were not lucky.
