It is a very pleasant place - it is not for nothing that the management has moved away from the concept of the store to a certain point of attraction. A good assortment - from the book department (which somewhat resembles a library - you can always catch someone reading a book) and art goods to toys, sweets and, in fact, the musical direction.
What is encouraging is that the pricing policy has changed recently. If earlier almost everything was more expensive here than in other stores, now these are standard prices, and for some items they are among the lowest.

Now for the cons, why 3 points.
Some products do not have a price tag and a code (mostly soft toys!
The prices in the store differ from the prices on the website decently. I took a lego, the price in the store was 10,000 tenge more expensive, the difference for a soft toy was 2,000 tenge. I had to order online! And wait until the order is processed.
It's good that they processed it quickly.
Wishes:
A model with different prices will lead to people coming to stores only to inspect toys and order online. Make uniform prices.
