the food is very tasty and varied. the territory is excellent, but practically without trees (sometimes you want nature). large swimming pool and equipped beach. There is a special path and stairs from the pool to the beach so that you do not walk on the sand. the beach next to the hotel is very clean, there are sun beds, rental of water sports and entertainment, the water is crystal clear :) the hotel has its own shop right next to it and not only, there are plenty of other supermarkets too, 7 minutes walk to the center. the location is perfect. the staff is kind, there is a Russian-speaking woman at the reception. they set alarm clocks, you can call a taxi in advance. cleaning is offered every day. my room was great, clean. a TV, there is a USB port for a USB stick in the wall for it, you can watch movies from a USB stick. telephone, safe, refrigerator, balcony with hangers. cutlery, hygiene items, the toilet is comfortable, except for the cracks in the door and the lack of a lock (a little uncomfortable).

Nice hotel, small, compact, everything is nearby. I liked the buffet, it was not super diverse, but we always found something delicious for ourselves. The outdoor pool is one, but large, beautifully decorated.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Regardless of what time we left the room, we pressed the "cleaning button" and returned to a clean room.
The reception always had a Russian-speaking staff, friendly-minded.
We love the sea, so the main advantage is the beach next to the hotel. Firstly, the first coastline, and secondly, it is in front of this hotel that there is a beautiful entrance to the water: sand, without stones. If you walk a little to the right or to the left, large stones spoil the entrance to the water, it is inconvenient to enter, it hurts, you can dislocate your leg;) Here everything is perfect - sand, clean water. The beach, like everything in Cyprus, is municipal, sun beds and umbrellas are paid. But we did not use them, because between the pool area and the beach itself there are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel, respectively, free of charge :) There have always been enough of them for everyone;)
The city center is about 15 minutes away.walking. We went for a walk in the evening; it is more convenient, faster, more pleasant and more romantic to walk not along the street between the hotels, but on the water. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, the cost of a trip per adult is 1.5 💶. Taxi in the city 10💶. For example, we took a taxi to the water park so that we wouldn't have to wait for the bus in the heat. And back to the hotel by bus.
Overall, I really liked the hotel in itself, and the service, and the location. I would have come back;)

Fresh renovation, delicious food, polite staff. Every day there is a lot of interesting animation for children and adults (fitness and yoga on the shore). Musicians play in the hotel bar on Friday and Saturday. Beach towels are provided. There is a 16+ swimming pool, where children are really not allowed.
It is very convenient that the hotel has its own beach. It is necessary to walk 50 meters from it to the sea, where there is already a public beach. You can rent sun loungers and an umbrella there, but it was not critical for us to walk 50 meters. Moreover, the sun loungers on the hotel beach are freer.
Of the minuses - sometimes, it seems, they do not change the towels, but simply fold the already used ones exactly.

We had a family vacation back in the year so, on the 18th. I liked the hotel. The level of service, cleanliness, quality of products and the range of dishes were really from the hotel for a lot of money. I definitely recommended it at that time.

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff. I liked being in separate buildings from the main building of the hotel. Because of a more relaxing holiday. Its own small pool, a mini pool for kids. It's always quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of different pools near the main building. It was necessary to go through the main building to the sea, which is not very convenient. But the silence during the rest was worth it! The beach is sandy, the sea is transparent. I highly recommend it to everyone for holidays with children. The only thing is that the kitchen is not designed separately for children. But everyone has their own opinion)!

Nice hotel. It was a convenient location for us. We like to walk. It is 15 minutes to the center, 15 minutes to the Bridge of lovers, and you can walk along the path along the seashore. The views are wonderful! I liked the sports events. I would like to thank animator Susanna for her morning classes. Yoga every day, or Pilates or stretching.Under the cover of a tree, overlooking the sea, feeling the sea breeze, it was great! My husband played volleyball, although the people are very inactive, despite the entreaties of the animator. But who cares.
Compact hotel, everything is nearby, very convenient. Tip do not save money, take a room with a sea view. Our window looked out onto the road, the traffic is terrible there, the bus stop is under the windows, and riding various autobikes throws you on the bed. Sleeping with closed windows and curtains, under air conditioning on the sea, is not an option for us. We wanted to move twice, but there were no available rooms, there was a large influx of tourists. But then they got used to it .
We took breakfast and dinner (you can change for lunch), not out of a matter of economy, because on the contrary, everything included will eventually be cheaper, because prices on the island are high. Taking into account all our previous trips, we realized a long time ago that overeating on vacation is harmful for us personally. I would, in general, do with breakfast, because there are many restaurants in the town, so nice that you can eat every evening in different places.
But if you have a good appetite and a love of drinks, take everything included!
Food for my taste is 7 out of 10. The first day there were seafood (shrimp, grilled mussels), but then in two weeks there was salmon from the fish one time and every day fish like Tilapia, well, in general, which we do not eat at home even in a hungry year. There is enough meat. There are few fruits if you come for breakfast around 09h, one melon and an inedible plum. Of the desserts, I liked four types of ice cream, well, in a very small package, very convenient. Sponge cakes did not conquer my sweet tooth, which my waist was glad of.
Many thanks to the staff at the reception, for any question, everything was solved in a moment.
Room cleaning daily, tea, coffee, cream in the room.
Everything is calm, measured, nicknames begging for tips (but we left) . Antiseptics, disposable napkins, masks are everywhere in the restaurant. There are many with children and the elderly, because everything is definitely convenient for them.
The rest was a success! For the first time in Cyprus, I think we are 100% right with the hotel.

A great hotel, BUT be very careful in choosing the room category. Garden studios and apartments are a separate area across the street in small houses with rather old furniture and dark rooms. There are wonderful rooms in the main building. If you want comfort, it is better to choose a room category from superior. The rest of this hotel is excellent: polite staff, good food, a picturesque white sand beach and convenient access to the water. I recommend it for recreation, but I repeat once again: carefully choose the room category (by the way, they are similar in price, but the quality is heaven and earth).

I had a rest in October 2021. A great hotel, I lived in a garden apartment - a two-room room with a large terrace, a courtyard with wonderful trees and flowers and a private pool. A comfortable and beautiful relaxation area by the pool next to the main building. The beach is sandy, and the best on the coast of Ayia Nappa. The animators are interesting, the food is delicious and varied.

A wonderful hotel. By the standards of Cyprus, the pool is quite large. Sandy beach. 5 min walk to the center. There are separate bungalows - a two-storey detached building. The food is very acceptable. The only fruits that were more or less ripe were melons. One day a week fish menu with shrimps, mussels, etc. Drinks are quite expensive. It's easier to take the same bottle of wine or beer in the store. It will be much cheaper.

Excellent (best) location - far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time a 15-minute walk to the very center.
Good delicious cuisine, though monotonous, despite the "theme days".
A gorgeous sandy beach without rocks with the purest sea.
A nice pool with free sun beds and umbrellas is almost at the beach. The rooms really (really) need cosmetic repairs.

I hesitated in my assessment)
From +: Russian-speaking staff, spacious rooms and their equipment, a large number of lighting scenarios in the room were especially pleasing, a gym, two adult and children's outdoor pools, a cozy territory, a sufficient number of sun beds, animation. Susanna, thanks for the daily yoga!) And most importantly, the hotel has a beautiful beach and an entrance to the water.

The hotel is on the outskirts. The beach is close, 5-7 min walking distance. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the shops. If you want to walk in the center, then there are buses or catch a limousine taxi (there are only such).
The hotel itself is not bad if you have no particular complaints. The rooms are not chic, but repairs will not hurt. There is only one pool. Meals for 7-8 out of 10. The hotel does not have a walking area.
The beauty of Cyprus is in relatively cheap two-day air tours to Israel, I advise you. The flight from the two countries is much more expensive.

Our friends had a parallel vacation in another 4-room on Nissi Beach - it was worse according to their reviews in terms of food and location, so there is something to compare. The hotel is well suited for a family holiday, because there is a wonderful children's club, there is a swimming pool, the beach in front of the hotel is, in our opinion, the best in Ayia Napa. To the center (port, square) - 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, and along the beach - 10 minutes. next to the beach there are rocks with a beautiful grotto, you can jump into the water above the cave from a height of 3 meters - it is interesting for teenagers and adults. There are no complaints about the hotel itself: friendly staff, delicious food, free tennis court (upon reservation. The cleaning is thorough. And in general, everything corresponds to the description - read carefully the information of the tour operator (we had a biblioglobus) and the hotel - then there will be no high expectations and disappointment.

My husband and I have been choosing a hotel for a very long time, we tortured our tour operator from the Bible-globus, as there were many nuances. We wanted to find a tour for ~ 200,000 rubles, for 11 nights, 1 line, a sandy clean beach, so that umbrellas and sun beds on the territory of the hotel were free, with breakfast and dinner, a clean and spacious room, with a swimming pool, with a fitness room. In short, we finished off our tour operator, and we were finally advised by Melissi beach. We really liked him from the photos, to be honest, the reviews were also all good, but there was also a terrible negative that prevented us from agreeing. It is very difficult to focus on reviews, since everyone has their own needs, and everyone pays their attention to certain things that can greatly affect one person, but for another it is nonsense.
So our tour costs 193.000₽ + insurance + 30 euros for PCR delivery at Larnaca airport + plus we took 550-580 euros with us for various expenses. This included:
1. breakfast + dinner (I just want to note that drinks at "lunch" and at "dinner"PAID.
2. Transfer
3. Round-trip tickets
4. The “Side see view" number.
Since we planned a recumbent and relaxing holiday, service, beach and sea, food were very important to us.
Cleaning every day, bed linen is changed three times a week, towels are changed every day, everything is washed and cleaned. And the best part is that each time we were left with 4 packs of cream + coffee + sugar. They wash all glasses, glasses, etc. Beach towels are changed every day from 9:00-11:00.
There are 3 swimming pools + 1 swimming pool in the spa area, a large lobby bar, a game room, various massage services, etc.
Pools are cleaned every day!
There are a lot of shops, a fruit market, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants near the hotel, 10 minutes to the center. It's 1 second to the beach!
The beach is cleaned every day, the sea is very clean, the entrance is not rocky!
The service at the hotel is fast, polite staff, everything is at the highest level!
I highly recommend it!

There were 2 weeks in July 21. The price-quality ratio is just fire. They feed normally.The fattest plus is the gorgeous sea. From the pools to the sea 2 minutes, along the path. We lived in bungalows at hotels. Everything is gorgeous there, except that there is no Security at all. Both houses and territories. There is not a bad store nearby, but after walking 300 meters to the center, everything is cheaper. The hotel is good. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Good food. Comfortably. Clear. I recommend. The place on the beach is the best at this hotel.

The hotel administration is not adequate.
We were checked into another hotel (worse than this), we had to figure it out, then they deigned to check into this hotel, but not into the room that we paid for, but into a room two positions worse, and only after 3 days of disputes and proceedings we were checked into the room for which we paid…
They threatened us with deportation and the police because we wanted to go to the cow's room, we paid)))
Naturally, they did not provide any compensation. That's because the hotel sells places without even considering what they have available.
It's just a shame for the hotel. We are not the only ones who have faced such a situation in this hotel. An application has been submitted through the tour operator.

We had a rest at the end of October. We found just a week of changing the direction of the wind, it turned out great - and the waves for "jumping", and the absolute smoothness and purity of the sea. The hotel is great! I recommend buying half board from a tour operator, and paying extra at the hotel to "all inclusive" - this way it turns out much cheaper. There is a well-maintained path for evening walks along the sea (as almost everywhere in Cyprus). We took a buggy - great experience, though, it's too loud and the wind is getting through, but it's worth it! Have a good rest!

Excellent, very cozy, comfortable. It's not the first time we've come. Very pleasant and very friendly staff from the administration to the maids. They remember all the guests. Everything is always friendly and humorous. We were in Protaras in the 5th - they are extremely far from Melissa in relation. I've never heard of elderly people being shouted at in Melissa and cooks throwing plates of food at them. I highly recommend it. The city is big, it's interesting to walk in the evening, not to compare with one street in Protaras.

A wonderful vacation in June 2019. A small but cozy, landscaped area, a delightful swimming pool! The sea is just a delight! Very tasty cuisine, we went to the nearest restaurants a couple of times and realized that the hotel restaurant is much tastier and more diverse! Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They will resolve any issues immediately. I recommend everyone to relax as comfortably as we did! Thank you Cyprus for the hospitable welcome!

Great hotel! We were in Cyprus for the first time! The food and service in the restaurant and bars are from the sword to "good".
Cleaning for three, towels are all old and gray, it would be possible to update! The staff ranging from the receptionists and cleaners to the reception staff is very polite and friendly! They always try to help with solving issues, or offer an alternative!
The best beach is at this hotel, we went all along the coast and saw for ourselves! Lifeguards are on duty on the beach until 17-18.00. Regular cleaning of sand from debris. All toilets in the hotel are equipped for the disabled, there are many ramps on the territory! Animation for children is a bit weak! The kids just went to hang out with other kids their own age.
I would definitely recommend this hotel! And she would have come back again!

Not a bad hotel, but the administration muddies its interests. Most Russians, upon arrival, check into the servants' rooms instead of the hotel, calling them "bungalows", arguing that they do not have rooms.It's a very unpleasant story, with obvious money laundering, there are still moments of this kind that are repulsive. I don't want to go to this hotel anymore.
