A wonderful pharmacy, very conveniently located (underground passage at the terminal metro station), spacious, with a good assortment and quite reasonable prices. It is extremely important, as for me, that it opens on weekdays at 7 a.m., and closes at 22-00 and works on Saturday and Sunday.
Among the disadvantages: the slowness of the staff, who spends a long time looking for medicines in different boxes.
There are drugs available, but the prices are as high as possible, on the basis of which such margins! The difference in the cost of the drug is enormous, someone controls it! On the website, the buy-in tablet costs from and to, so here is the highest!!!!!
The pharmacy is not bad, there are always practically medicines. But when you're in a hurry, you shouldn't go in - as a rule, only one cash register works. And among all the staff, one elderly lady with short hair is just terribly impolite. Asking her questions is suicide. One day she just left without medication, because this woman started being rude. The rest of the staff is the complete opposite of her, they are always polite, they will prompt, help and listen.
I've always liked this pharmacy. But lately I don't want to go there unnecessarily. Yesterday, at about 21-00, I went to the pharmacy, the queue is very decent. There is one pharmacist working. The second girl is out there somewhere rustling through the drawers and does not pay attention to the queue..When I reach the cash register, I ask a reasonable question - "Why are you the only one working and why is the second pharmacist not helping? " The answer is that we work until 22. It's not clear why. There is an elder tree in the garden, and a man in Kiev. But I will try to go to other pharmacies. By the way, I watched people enter the pharmacy, see the queue and leave....
