We stayed here for 12 nights from 04/25/2025. The tour was bought in Pegasus. You shouldn't come here. This is not five stars at all, but about 2++. Everything is in decline, although remnants of former luxury are visible. But now there is not a single sports ground in an acceptable condition, half of the buildings are empty, animation (daytime/evening) is great! The food is poor, the service is terrible. For example, there is delicious ice cream, but I had to eat it with forks, because they don't put tea spoons ANYWHERE. Seafood is only fried mussels and breaded squid rings, which were prepared sometime in advance and served cold and sluggish ... they don't let you drink. To be clear: the minibar is replenished per day with one bottle of water and two small cans of beer (disgusting). At the same time, the last three days were limited only to a bottle of water. Waiters train tourists for tips - all their actions are subordinated to receiving dollars or euros. There is one unconditional positive moment - the gorgeous sea and wonderful sand. I'll never come here again. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I liked the hotel - cozy houses, rooms are cleaned every day, but towels were changed only once. Beach towels can be changed by yourself. A great bar, where there is a lot of rum and new cocktails were offered every day. The food is not particularly varied, but you will not stay hungry. The pool was cleaned every morning, and there was also a bar and cafe at the pool. The sea is close. When the electricity went out in Cuba after the storm, we were in the light and on Wi-Fi, as the generator was working.
