The service and food are not even 3 stars. Towels are not changed at all, it is necessary to catch the staff. The phones in the room don't work (they said they don't work in the whole hotel). The food is frankly not delicious.

Not bad, but when you enter the room, you can see that it is falling apart, i.e. the handle falls off, then the air conditioner leaks. It's very peculiar about the food, it's too greasy for me, but I think someone will like it. And it was very confusing that when the room is cleaned, the bed linen is not changed, even if it is dirty
