We had a vacation here in February 2025 with a family of 4 people. The hotel is listed as 5 stars, but in fact it is 4 with a good "stretch". There are no classic rooms in this hotel, but only villas. The only advantages are the size of the villas, the beach and communal pools on site. In the morning, you can easily take sun loungers by the sea or near the communal pools. The sea is a bit cool, contrasting, and I personally liked it more than in Thai. Everything else is on the downside. The numbers are already dead. It seems to be a large villa, but everywhere something fell off, flew off and broke off. Moreover, there are some rather unpleasant moments - the latches on the doors were broken and they basically wouldn't close. It is dangerous to walk on the terrace without proper shoes, as there are large cracks everywhere that are easy to stumble over. Cleaning service at the 3* hotel level. Dirty and dusty. Moreover, this dirt and dust remained after each cleaning. But the biggest and most basic problem is with nutrition. Our package included only breakfast. They were also at 3* - poor selection and mediocre cooking. On-site restaurants are the same story. Very expensive and of mediocre quality. The food that was delivered to the room was more or less normal. But there was a very small assortment here. On the territory of the hotel, you have to travel by tuk-tuks, which sometimes took a very long time to wait. As far as I understand, the hotel has now changed its profile and this explains everything. The majority of vacationers are pensioners from the Czech Republic, who are brought by all-inclusive charters. Animation teams come with them separately and everything is organized for them. The audience is quite unassuming, the economy segment and they are satisfied with everything. We might have been satisfied with everything too, if the price of this hotel had been appropriate) Next to the hotel there is a Grand World entertainment complex, which also did not impress. Despite its huge size, it consists of restaurants serving Korean and local cuisine, massage parlors, and strange shops with a monotonous assortment (usually fake 7/11). As a conclusion, we definitely will not return there. Maybe we'll try the south of the island, but in a normal chain hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous. The villas are comfortable, the pool is private, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly. Breakfast for every taste. Thank you very much. If Vietnam, then only here. ❤️
