I recently visited this cafe and was completely delighted! The atmosphere here is simply amazing: a cozy interior, soft light and pleasant music are ideal conditions for rest and work!!!!💅
But the most important thing is the service! The waiters here are wonderful, they will help with the choice and respond to requests. The order was delivered quickly, the coffee was at the PERFECT temperature, and the dessert was fresh.

I don't usually write bad reviews about food, as it's all about taste, but I think you should definitely mention the presence of nuts and dried fruits in brownies. I ordered with the hope of a classic dessert, I got a dry mass with hazelnuts and walnuts and either raisins or prunes. In a word, it was disgusting and completely failed to meet expectations. I can imagine how happy people with nut allergies will be to order this dessert.

I have been visiting this cafe with my child quite often since its opening. The kitchen is 4+, the desserts are not sickly sweet, which is a big plus for us. Great coffee! It is beautiful, cozy and very atmospheric during the holidays!
BUT THE SERVICE AND STAFF ARE DISGUSTING! It was much better before, but every time I tell myself that this is our last trip! The waiter is not a smiling girl at all, takes the order without looking up, it is very difficult for her to suggest dessert, apparently, because she pretends that she wants to get up and leave! She carried coffee and 2 desserts for a very long time, the child already began to whine that nothing would be brought to us, I had to get up and remind her once again that we were waiting for her). There was only one table in the hall and we were busy. And what if there was a full house?

Unfortunately, I'm saying goodbye to this place, although I went regularly. The desserts are delicious and the prices are adequate, but the service (or rather the attitude towards customers just amazed me). On this last visit, I decided to sit outside. There are wicker chairs without cushions at an empty table, I see that they are at an occupied table, so I go inside and take one for myself. There are a lot of them lying along the windows. So, the waiter immediately comes up to me and gives me another pillow (light green), accompanied by a comment that you can not take pink pillows outside (as I took them). It would be all right, but I take her pillow, and it's all speckled with black MOLD. I pointed to this and asked for a clean one. The waiter says: they're all like that for the street. And clean ones are not allowed outside. 😳😳😳
Sit on a moldy pillow, in short. That's the attitude towards the guests. My grandmother didn't even tie up tomatoes with such rags, let alone offer them to the guests.
I hope that they have this attitude only to textiles, and not to the kitchen. But I can't be sure now.

Then put the weight on the receipt, or show it to the buyer, because 60-80 g is not 100g, and since the price tag is for 100g and you allow yourself to show a large roll on the counter, and give a portion less than a child, change the price list in such a situation or put the roll on the counter in exactly the pieces that the buyer receives.
Why is it that when ordering Anna Pavlova dessert, the custard (or cream) is so hard that I bite it with my teeth? It's a cream, soft, the hard part should be at the bottom, and that's all (the filling of the meringue is super).
