After working with this organization, only negative emotions remained. We placed an order for the kitchen on 09/18/2024, a nice girl consultant assured us that we would have the kitchen in 2 months, that is, on 11/18/2024. I was immediately confused that no contract had been concluded, they say, the contract and payment after receipt. But at that moment, I really liked the cuisine offered and I didn't want to look for anything else. Naturally, they began to prepare for the installation of the new kitchen in advance, so that by the end of November they would have installed and admired the new furniture and renovation. Closer to the set date, they began to clarify the status of the order, they replied "it will be by the end of November." After that, outgoing calls were made repeatedly, and the response was always "deliveries postponed to early December/ December 15 / December 25 / January 3-5." Patience ran out, we found a new option, called the organization to cancel the order, to which we were told "Today is a holiday, our manager will contact you tomorrow and cancel the order", no one called us back. Sometimes I had difficulty getting through.
To summarize: the manager did not write or call about the postponement, I had to pull everything out on my own, and they also asked me to make payments only in cash. Something tells me that they may be of interest to tax officials.
If you could put 0 stars, you would. We had to celebrate New Year's Eve not at home, as planned, because without a kitchen it is unrealistic and wildly uncomfortable.
Thank you meko.by that I have been living in renovation for 1.5 months now.
Terrible company!!!! I ordered a baby cot, it says on the website that it is available, the consultant girl confirmed. In fact, there is nothing available and you need to wait. The delivery dates were postponed several times. I had to dial this "organization" for hours to get through and find out information. As a result, the crib was never delivered to the child. Horror. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO anyone!!!!
Very little furniture is presented. There is nothing to choose from at all. The fact that the furniture is on the site - well, it's on the site, you can't touch it.
The consultant is as polite as possible, prompts, helps you choose.
A great salon. We are already ordering the second kitchen. Special thanks to the consultant girls. They help a lot with the choice and share their experience!
The attitude towards customers is just disgusting. They didn't deliver the fittings, not that they couldn't help, but they stupidly refused. These comrades don't care at all about those who buy something from them. The reviews in the complaint book make it clear who you are contacting.I don't recommend it.
I have been looking for a baby bed for a long time, my choice stopped at this salon. There is a good choice and reasonable prices. The bed "Fairy Tale" is what I was looking for. Good material, the design did not leave even a child indifferent! For me, the main thing is that the child is comfortable and comfortable sleeping in a new bed! Thank you very much.
Terrible service! Moreover, it was written on the website that the product was in stock (but in fact it was not). We still haven't answered our calls and messages! The attitude is piggy, they didn't apologize for THEIR mistake!
Hello, I want to say a huge thank you to such a wonderful salon, the choice is huge and the prices are reasonable, our friends advised us, they said that you would not regret the time spent, the workers know their job, we found the kitchen as we wanted, the girl told and showed everything, a great place, I recommend
The score is bad.
We ordered a kitchen set with additional accessories (closers, grates for drying dishes, etc.). The consultant beautifully talked about the fact that this is a factory-made high-quality manufacture, all fasteners will come complete, everything is going to be very simple, etc., etc. The
realities of life showed that everything is not so colorful; and the idea of a factory (as if) the quality will not meet your expectations.
First– the manufacturing quality is below satisfactory: a good half of the panels are stained with glue, which just doesn't rub off (I think the solvent should help), there are quite a few chips on the shelves and main cases of drawers; the end tapes are poorly glued in places (had to be glued), and the film is poorly glued on one of the front panels of the hinged locker in the place of rounding the opening with glass; drilling holes and recesses in the panels of the drawers is specifically curved (I had to disassemble the drawers several times to rearrange the upper panel from the lower one for greater evenness of the angle of joining the panels).
I don't know what kind of factory this is, but the quality is more in line with the "basement" workshop. My parents worked for a long time in a real furniture factory and I know firsthand what FACTORY quality is.
Secondly, the delivery contracts are poorly executed. The contract does not contain a specification for the supplied kit with the designation of the types of assembly units and what is included in it. Which eventually led to the fact that upon delivery you are given a set of incomprehensible components that cannot be verified. And during the subsequent assembly, it turned out that one of the boxes was missing. There was also no fasteners for drying grids, which, according to the seller, can be bought at any hardware store and it costs a penny; in fact, this is not the case – you are supplied with old-style dryers with a closed frame structure and fasteners for such a grid can not be found either in stores or on the market (some sellers claim that we haven't seen such fasteners for a long time).
The third is service and warranty service. The box that was "lost" was found, but they could not help with the fasteners (they sent a photo of a common sample that does not fit our version of the grids and requires special drilling in the side panels, which the factory did not do). As a result, they did not come up with anything smarter than how to answer that the fasteners are not included in the drying package.
Strangely, you order a ready-made "factory" kitchen kit, which remains only to be assembled and still waste time and money on completion. Moreover, in an attempt to find suitable fasteners for dryers, various versions of modern dryers were seen in stores; all dryers came with a mounting kit.
The fourth is a delay in delivery time of more than a month.
Conclusion - think hard about whether the not very high price justifies such a low-quality "factory" product and not fulfilling the obligations of the supplier.
