After working with this organization, only negative emotions remained. We placed an order for the kitchen on 09/18/2024, a nice girl consultant assured us that we would have the kitchen in 2 months, that is, on 11/18/2024. I was immediately confused that no contract had been concluded, they say, the contract and payment after receipt. But at that moment, I really liked the cuisine offered and I didn't want to look for anything else. Naturally, they began to prepare for the installation of the new kitchen in advance, so that by the end of November they would have installed and admired the new furniture and renovation. Closer to the set date, they began to clarify the status of the order, they replied "it will be by the end of November." After that, outgoing calls were made repeatedly, and the response was always "deliveries postponed to early December/ December 15 / December 25 / January 3-5." Patience ran out, we found a new option, called the organization to cancel the order, to which we were told "Today is a holiday, our manager will contact you tomorrow and cancel the order", no one called us back. Sometimes I had difficulty getting through.
To summarize: the manager did not write or call about the postponement, I had to pull everything out on my own, and they also asked me to make payments only in cash. Something tells me that they may be of interest to tax officials.
If you could put 0 stars, you would. We had to celebrate New Year's Eve not at home, as planned, because without a kitchen it is unrealistic and wildly uncomfortable.

1. We ordered a kitchen and 2 bedside tables. The company sent the order to the factory, but the factory did not receive it, they do not know why or how, if they had not called, they probably would have waited six months.
2. The engineers made all the holes for assembling the bedside table, except for the holes for the drawer handles, of course, the lacquer coating cracked after drilling.
3. The kitchen turned out to be defective, as seen in the photo.
I call it "Used out of the box".
At the same time, the company did not react to its mistakes in any way, they just said "sorry."

I've never left reviews, but I couldn't resist.
Terrible customer orientation.
I ordered the cabinets on December 11, and they said they would be delivered in mid-January. I have to call back myself and find out at what stage my order is, to which they tell me that from February 1 to February 15, expect. I call BACK on February 14 to find out at what stage again, and they tell me it's the middle of March.
