We spent a week on September 24. The room is cozy, clean. There are disposable slippers, shampoos, gels, towels. Shower cabin with good water pressure. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious: salads, fruits, coffee, tea, juice, cottage cheese, some pastries, hot dishes of at least 3, local cheese of 3-4 types, sausages, cold cuts.
The most important thing in this hotel is the place!!!

an excellent small hotel at the foot of the Narikala fortress. You can immediately walk up and find yourself in the Fortress. The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious. I liked everything very much!

A wonderful hotel. I even got the impression that the hotel went into the negative keeping us) Everything was so good. The price is lower than in the hostel opposite, and the service is at a fairly high level. A towel, hand soap, shampoo tubes, shower gels, slippers, a towel and a bath mat were waiting for us in our room, as well as for breakfast you will receive a buffet included in such a low price.
Special thanks should be given to the concierges, who can really be called the most friendly, cheerful and generous Georgians.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in September. Beautiful rooms, cozy! Not a bad breakfast! A neat hotel in the old part of the city with a crazy-beautiful view of the ancient streets, the Narikala fortress! They greeted us with great warmth, and constantly asked us how we were doing! I recommend the hotel! Just a recommendation: add a couple of glasses and a kettle to the rooms! I really missed these little things!

We lived for several days. Despite the problems with the water (the problem was not at the hotel, in the whole city), only positive memories. The room is small, but everything you need is there. Breakfast is excellent, before lunch, with heavy traffic in the city, it will be enough). Separately, about the staff, very open, friendly, hospitable staff, the feeling of comfort primarily comes from them. Thank you very much!))

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. I would like to mention everyone! Reception - Irina, Lydia.
Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us by a very nice woman. The maid Marika is so sweet and funny.
It was just like at home. Nice veranda.
Good location, everything is close. We recommend it.

I read the reviews below and am amazed.
The plus of the hotel is the view from the deluxe room.
Cons:
Ants in the room;
Terrible water pressure, or rather, there is practically none;
The wild smell of chlorine after "cleaning";
A creaky bed with an old mattress, the springs of which feel 100 out of 100:
Falling out plumbing and sockets.
And the climax is a terrible breakfast.
I will describe in more detail, the cherished vegetables, disgusting old bread, omelets need to be begged from a kitchen employee, as well as pieces of cheap spread, instead of butter.
Pieces of cheese, like the sole of an old squeaky boot.
It's a nightmare, this is the first time we've encountered such an attitude towards guests.
We moved out after the first night.

We booked on a beech tree and mentioned that we needed a transfer from the airport, the girl from the reception found it in whatsapp and organized everything for us.
And they welcomed us as their own!
Everything was wonderful! We arrived as if to our home literally) and talked sweetly, drank champagne in the morning, a beautiful terrace from the room, they will tell you everything, they will tell you! There is also a mini Parking, we were very satisfied!
Feel free to take breakfast! Everything is fresh and in the morning) There is still no cheaper nearby.
