The Internet is there, but damn, it just turns off at a random moment for a minute or two (sometimes more), and there's nothing you can do about it, and sitting without the Internet when you need it so much is also not an option :(

They said that the manager will contact you soon. at the time of the breakdown (Tuesday), the manager had not been contacted. The master arrived and repaired it in just 10 minutes. It turned out there was a gap in the place of the wire soldering. 360 rubles were paid for this repair. A low-quality spike was already in the house, and all the problems with the Internet that are in the house are the fault of the subscriber. As for the support, they answer the phone very quickly. But in the telegram, I am waiting for a response to the appeal on the 4th day.
