I looked at the information on the website about the exchange of unworn goods, I saw everything about 14 days, but still decided to go to the store and clarify whether I could exchange shoes that were bought three (!) weeks ago for new ones. I went into the store and saw those shoes. I immediately went to the seller, told my situation, mentioning that I bought the other shoes three (!) weeks ago. The seller even answered without hesitation that it was possible to change it. Only after her answer, I tried them on, they came up. I asked the seller to put the shoes aside for 20 minutes while I run home and bring the shoes I bought three weeks ago. I come back to the store, and the seller makes round eyes, saying that your 14 days have expired, you cannot exchange! The second seller came up, began to respond unkindly, "What can I do?". The merchandiser has a day off, they refused to call her. The seller gives me a box with my shoes (which were bought 3 weeks ago), without folding everything as it was. I had to ask her to put everything back as I brought it. After leaving the store, I immediately dialed the number of the call center 7976, the operator said that she would pass my question to a specialist, but no one called me back.
Some sellers are just boors and robot-like creatures. I would like to have a normal respectful attitude towards the buyer. More polite and attentive treatment of people.
