But God be with him. In the store you will be greeted by a very pleasant young man who will ask with a serious face if you have tried to wipe the glue with acetone. Of course! That is, the store recognizes that it is glue, while the seller opaquely hints that the defect was your fault. Logic has left the chat. Then an equally pleasant woman informs them that they are returning the returned goods to the shelves. So what's the problem? Another equally naive and trusting customer will purchase damaged shoes! You're better off.
And another thing: do only the poor buy shoes from you? I couldn't understand the hint that I was just trying to get the money back. No, I'm just too poor to buy such shoes. In general, dear reader, I do not advise you to take anything from this store. The taste and color, of course, are your right, you can definitely afford slippers for the season there.

The whole family only goes there to buy shoes. I like the price/quality ratio. But that's not the main thing. I have never met a more sincere staff anywhere. They will help, advise, and consult without unnecessary questions. They will help you understand the trends and not overpay. And with a smile, not from under a stick. I had to deal with the theft of shoes, I thought there would be a month's worth of trouble. Nothing like that! Quickly, politely, professionally. I recommend it to everyone.
