However, after four visits, the course had to be interrupted, as the masseur was hospitalized, and no one offered to replace him.
A week passed, and I resumed the course after three more sessions. Subsequently, day after day I was notified that the next session was canceled due to the absence of a masseur. These constant changes in the schedule made me think about the expediency of further visits. When I got a call to confirm the next visit, I asked to cancel it and refund the money for two unused sessions. During this conversation, I was informed that the studio now has a new masseur. I was surprised that they did not consider it necessary to notify me about this during the confirmation of the record. The studio refused to refund the money for the remaining sessions.
