There is no shopping cart, I asked the consultant Aslan to find a solution how to take a lot of goods without a list and not carry them in his hands, he said well, I can give you a package, I said that it doesn't suit me, I already have one heavy one in my hands. We came to the conclusion that it would be better not to buy anything at all in the Megastore, but to buy in any other store where they would help me bring the goods to the checkout) I don't recommend a store with this attitude.

Хороший магазин, где можно выбрать качественный товар. Я там беру обычно для дачи что то. Например есть хороший яхтный лак, которым покрываю дерево и можно несколько лет не беспокоиться. Или есть немецкая краска, которая хоть и дорогая но на нее производитель даёт семь лет гарантии, очень хорошая для покраски металла как на даче так и оградки на кладбище. В целом меня устраивает

Хороший ассортимент. Продавцы всегда на месте. Подскажут. Периодически бывают скидки. Ещё их бонусная система меня порадовала. Есть возможность расплатиться Каспи Редом, что тоже удобно.

They gave the phone numbers of Whatsapp for help, but there is no sense. My message has been read, but no one wants to do anything. They didn't even bother to answer. Making delivery is also a problem. There is no one there all the time. You wait for 10 minutes, and it was 20. The store for the product is 5 out of 5, the staff is 4 out of 5, the delivery is 3 out of 5, promotions, bonuses are 2 out of 5.

Большой современный магазин с вручением буклета магазина на входе с информацией о том где и что можно найти, необычно то что продаются последние новинки для стройки, все таки надо интересоваться материалами чтобы быть чуть дальше пенопластовой эры.

Не плохой ассортимент товаров для ремонта, вежливый персонал. Что касается товаров для освещения: люстр, лам, светильников - выбор не такой уж большой. Доставку офомлять не стала, так как предложили дату через несколько дней, на мой взгляд это минус. Насчет цен, думаю наверняка , если поискать , можно найти подешевле, но это не критично, разница не будет слишком большой.

Большой выбор строительных материалов. Достаточное количество консультантов, находящихся там, где их ожидаешь увидеть. Крутая колеровочная станция. По электрике выбор не большой. Доставка. Бонусная система. В основном закупаюсь для ремонта только там.

Элементарно, даже не могу дозвониться до магазина. Робот оператор сказал, что я первый в очереди, оставайтесь на линии, в итоге не взяли трубку а сбросили и так ждал 3 минуты примерно. Так и не узнал информацию по товару.

Давно не был в этом магазине. За последнее время ассортимент сузили, возможно это связано с оптимизацией, не все продается. Персонал особо не встретил в магазине.

Магазин очень испортился, чтобы прости к кассе приходится бродить по лабиринту, возможно с точки зрения маркетинга это удобно но с точки зрения клиента огромный минус. Например купил что либо из сантехники (это при входе) но в случае необходимости придется опять колесить по лабиринту. Хорошо если знаешь о потайных дверях, но если нет то через лабиринт.
Огромный минус это расположение складов с которых необходимо забирать товар, склады разбросанны на территории дорогу к которым знает только персонал или постоянные клиенты.
