We ordered Alisa speakers thru Kaspi. It was express order especially for child’s birthday. Megastore has connected to us and confirmed that our order is ready and packed, and they waiting for Kaspi logistics service. In the day of delivery nothing happened. Next day after few messages Megastore answered that our order canceled due to no any Alisa speakers in their warehouse. Megastore tried to refer to own employees. Fully unprofessional team of Megastore company, do not waste your time to order any goods thru Megastore company.

Good afternoon! I ordered a TV through the Caspi app. I had to return it because YouTube does not show up and asks to connect Wi-Fi, even though Wi-Fi is connected, it still asks to connect. The TV does not match the description. If it has wifi, and also a Smart TV, then it should be configured, but it is not configured. I ask you to consider my refund because on 08/16/24 you need to repay the loan. I returned the TV to you on 07/26/24. You are still considering a refund. Why??? Why should I pay your loan if you have a Megastore product, aren't you ashamed??
