- The hotel is outdated. There are even floor carpets raised somewhere (I put a photo).
Very cheap faucets are installed in the showers. The refrigerator does not work, it serves more as a locker.
The hotel definitely needs renovation and renovation of furniture and appliances.
It was in November, when the weather in Shymkent was 8-15 degrees. It was very hot in the room, it was hard to control the air conditioner. + he makes a lot of noise.

Since 2019, I have been trying to choose this hotel on business trips.. a big plus is the balcony, which allows you to adjust the air temperature at any time of the year, especially in summer)

Excellent staff. I put 4 * only for the fact that the breakfasts have become worse. The milk porridge is a little thin, the sausages are hard. Guys, please don't waste your breakfasts, it sets you apart from the whole city. We were in Ramada, Aidan, Canvas, Shymkent (God forgive me). Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast. Your thing. More sliced, good fruits and not sour ones. Marinades are not in the water, but in the flow rate. Not vegetable soup, but cheese or pea soup.
