I would like to share my amazing experience of visiting a car wash, which left only the most positive impressions in me.
From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service when a polite car wash employee came up to me and offered his help. He listened carefully to my wishes and suggested the optimal washing program for my car.
When the car was ready to be washed, I was amazed at the thoroughness and professionalism with which the staff worked. They not only managed to thoroughly clean the exterior surface of the car from dirt and dust, but also to remove even the smallest dirt. The cleaning quality was so high that my car looked as if it had just been delivered from the salon.
In addition, the interior of my car was also clean and fresh. All the dust and crumbs were carefully removed, and the interior sparkled like new. Not a single detail was missed, and it seemed to me that I was enjoying the smell of a new car again.
Finally, the cost of the service was quite reasonable and fair. I feel like I got a lot more than I paid, because the result was higher than my expectations.

With grief, they lifted it in half, a few minutes later, in the absence of the cleaner, one of the pieces of wood pops out and the car jumps off on its paw in a tilted form. This fact did not confuse people. In this position, the car wash lasted about 5 minutes, a small part of what needed to be washed was washed. And without any remorse, the full payment was taken. In addition to the car wash, they also provide dry cleaning services for strollers. We dry-cleaned the stroller, and it feels like no one cleaned it at all: It's all streaked and stained.
The price was also immediately confused: I called to clarify before sending my father with a stroller, and said that I had a 2-in-1 stroller, I was told the cost would be 50 rubles. The website says dry cleaning of strollers from 25 rubles, two blocks and goes out to 50 rubles. But when dad brought it, for some reason, the cost is said to be 50 rubles per block. As a result, we paid 80 rubles. Very strange pricing. If the work had been done efficiently, then I would not have remembered about the "dancing" of these prices. The site provides services for bitumen cleaning, bleaching of rims. They answered by phone that they would take the disks to work and wash them of bitumen.
After a couple of hours, they reported that they could not be washed. They offered to leave it for a couple of days. They say that then they will have metal brushes to do this job. I was very surprised and decided to pick up the discs as soon as possible.
As a result: on one of the discs, the varnish is stained from the effects of chemicals, there are characteristic abrasive scratches.
Conclusion: at this sink, they do not know that the paintwork is not resistant to abrasive action, and even more so to the effects of a small brush; they do not know about the safe time to keep their chemicals on the paintwork; they do not have specialized chemicals for washing bitumen.
I strongly recommend avoiding such sinks!

I don't recommend it, just drive by!
Today, on 01/20/2025, I made a preliminary call to make an appointment for a car wash.
The receptionist said that there was no record, they were working on a first-come, first-served basis, 3 cars were in the car wash at the same time, you could come, you wouldn't have to wait long.
I arrived, waited for about 20 minutes and drove in.
You can't stay inside, it's a technical area.
As soon as the car was washed, I went to pay for the job (18p, everything is like cream + cream code 2.9p).
Getting into the car, I saw both fasteners of the driver's mat missing.
When asked where the fasteners were, the guys who washed the car shrugged their shoulders, and the receptionist tried to throw the blame on me - "why didn't you warn me that the mats had fasteners, maybe they weren't there at all?! And anyway, get out, and then look for your fasteners."
How do you like the level of service?!
We lost the details and instead of starting to search, solving our own "jamb", or suggesting how to solve the problem, we went on the attack and ignored the subsequent car, dealing with other cars as soon as I left the box.
The guys who washed the car confirmed that the fasteners were there, and it looks like they were washed away.
I found 1 fastener under the driver's mat, the second one was nowhere to be found.
The saddest thing is that now these fasteners cannot be found on sale (Toyota, art. KF001), and it is not safe to drive with one - the mat can jump forward, hook the gas pedal and the car will rush forward (risk of an accident).
Down to the pile, they washed it with a "triple" - a bunch of dirt stains on the body, see the example in the photo - they obviously wiped the body with a dry dirty cloth, everything is very noticeable on the black one.

I wouldn't even put one star on it!!!Having agreed with the administrator about the waiting time (30 minutes)and the number of cars in the queue (2 pcs), I began to wait. At the same time, the administrator said that I would stop by after a specific car. And when my turn came, another car drove in front of me, which arrived after me. To the question "why did he stop by?", I received the answer "You didn't come to see me." Instead of two cleaners, there was one left and the waiting time increased by another 40 minutes. But that's not all. It is indicated on the stand and on the website that the sink costs 13 rubles, in fact they charged me 15 rubles. When asked why the new prices were not indicated, I was told that they had not yet had time to change. I paid in cash, but no one gave me a check.

Lawlessness with cars that appear from somewhere, separated workers, three cars in 2 boxes at the same time, while 1 employee washed them, who, apparently, should be doing administrative work at all! Unfortunately, after the last visit (08/08/2024), I was very dissatisfied with the visit and there is no further desire to travel here. Before that, I came many times during the daytime and the receptionist was on site and she keeps all these guys in a tight grip and everything was done well. But not this time. The two biggest claims:
- I came with a cream coupon and the employee started saying that we serve "cream" only during the daytime. although it was not indicated anywhere. after I said that I would reflect it all in the review, it turned out abruptly that they could all serve and there were no problems with it.
- the quality of cleaning. the last time they smeared the racks when they wiped the torpedo. (but it's good that I noticed it right away and they fixed their mistake, although at first they tried to write it off as just wet and everything will pass). I'm already silent about the constant stains on the windows, which are noticeable only the glass begins to fog up a little. But this time it was a record - there were traces of juice in the cup holder. it was clear that they did not even wipe and did nothing, but they said to my remark that this was not included in the cleaning and take the detaling for 150 rubles. (although all these traces were removed with an ordinary wet cloth in a minute).
To summarize, the quality gets worse with each visit.

4. A vacuum cleaner? They probably forgot. Dust on the dashboard, doors, interior, trunk - everything remained untouched.
5. Before paying, I had to listen to a lecture on how to wash the car properly after applying wax. For centuries, probably.... It was necessary to hose down the bumper to show how beautifully droplets flow down from the treated surface. But the spray from the pressure flew right onto my light coat!!!They
took 65 rubles.
