I recently visited this store and was completely delighted! The staff is incredibly friendly! Christmas trees, like in the forest! For any height, color, width and degree of greenness!) The choice of toys is simply huge, the eyes are running away! The atmosphere in the store is truly New Year's, creates a festive mood from the first minutes. I left with the purchase and I am very happy! I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

At the end of 2023, a Christmas tree, 2.2 m, PVC + casting, was purchased in this store. The cost is quite high, about $ 200. Imagine my disappointment when the tree began to crumble after we took it out of the box, especially the small cast branches that added to its splendor. The situation has only worsened in 2024. What can an ordinary citizen do if a year has passed since the purchase? Right! Write a review on Yandex. Imagine my surprise when the store management responded to me with a proposal to resolve the situation! As it turned out, this situation for a specific model of Christmas trees occurred several times last year. The store apologized and resolved the issue in favor of the customer, i.e. me. To sum up, I don't know what they have with the Christmas trees now, but the people turned out to be honest, which is rare nowadays. Well, I hung the Christmas tree with toys, so it doesn't look so sad anymore. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to all!
