The rags being sold are certainly not worth the money they are being bought for... Our family once gave clothes and shoes in excellent condition free of charge to anyone who wished... But no one wanted to take it for free. But here they take it for money of the worst quality... Where is the logic of people? Nowhere to put your hard-earned money?
