One of the pioneer shopping centers of the city. Many shops, cafeteria, playgrounds and of course food courts . However, place needs renovation.

I love this place, it's clean and tidy, there are good shops. There used to be a cinema, but unfortunately it has closed. There is a musical fountain and benches with various delicacies on the street: pastries, ice cream, coffee and bubble tea. In addition, there is entertainment for children, both outdoors and on the fourth floor. There are food areas on the first and fourth floors.
