The sweetest, friendliest and most wonderful place in Brest. Many thanks to the waiter Polina, the administrators Anna and Maria. We came from Minsk for an excursion. We wanted to walk through the streets of Brest, but the weather made its own adjustments. It was decided to go to the nearest cafe and relax. The nearest one along the way turned out to be Coyote. There was not a single person in the hall, but they refused us because of the dress code (one of our group had Jogger pants, we were shocked by their claims). I had to leave the place in the rain. The next one on the route turned out to be Medusa . And here, affection, care and all the conditions for a comfortable stay were waiting for us. Where they were very sympathetic to the current situation, helped to smooth out the degree of tension regarding the hospitality of Brest, provided the best table without a limit on the amount of service. We gave them hot and delicious tea, created an atmosphere and conditions for a comfortable stay. For which I thank them very much, prosperity to the institution from the bottom of my heart, thanks for such attentive and caring staff. I will heartily recommend the establishment for a comfortable stay. Really, I recommend it for rest and relaxation.

It was the first time and, apparently, the last time. I am completely disappointed with this institution, I wanted to ask for a book of complaints.
Advertising and promotion of the institution is good, but you need to meet the stated level.
There was a corporate party, and I was "lucky" to communicate with different administrators about the reservation, the menu; the girls get confused about the information and the cost of the show program, I had to repeatedly call back and clarify all the questions that arise on my own.
Upon arrival at the stated time, it turned out that the salads were not ready, the slicing too. Thanks, after 15 minutes they started to take it out.
We arrived at 20:30, the hot was brought at 23:00 (three times we had to approach the waiter, and then the administrator).
The "very attentive" staff offered to change the devices, everyone agreed, but in vain! The hungry looked at the hot stuff for 15 minutes, waiting for the waiters to remember that the guests had no appliances.
To remove used napkins and dirty dishes, to offer to wipe spilled water is, in my opinion, the basis of the basics, but in Medusa waiters are not taught this.

I have not been to the club, I was only on the summer terrace, but I think the review will make it clear the approach to customers throughout the institution. I must say right away that I rarely write negative reviews, though rarely, you can take a look at my account, but here's the deal. What didn't you like:
1. On the summer veranda, they do not let you into the hall to go to the bathroom, wash your hands corny: to get there, you need to go in from the other side, climb to the second floor, somehow look for a club, somehow explain that you are a client. I didn't like it very much. Either the institution resolves the issue with the restroom, or closes the summer terrace. I don't see any other normal solutions.
2. The food was cooked and carried for a REALLY long time, while:
3. the gold burger with beef came completely cold inside, but they tried to heat it with a flame from the outside, as a result of which the bun was with charcoal, and the lettuce leaves were so dried that they crumbled into dust. For 28 rubles, they didn't even think to serve potatoes corny to a burger.
4. The stewed pork with mustard sauce and gnocchi was interesting, the pork was boiled to fibers, but dry, the sauce was cool, the gnocchi were overcooked.
5. Lemonade with melon, watermelon and violets tasted like currants
Overall, the impression of the place, considering the prices, is two stars. I can't really recommend this place, which doesn't happen to me very often.
I also note that many who write a positive review about this place here have only one review in their account, and only about this place, and only positive. I would venture to doubt the honesty of some of these reviews, the place does not deserve five stars in any way.

I will not celebrate anything else in this institution. I was completely disappointed. There was a New Year's corporate party in this institution, slicing meat, vegetables, this is something. The hot dishes were saved. Yes, our company was also planted in such a way that we sat sideways to each other. Remembering that the place is in the city center, an interesting interior, I decided to celebrate my BIRTHDAY, I thought something had changed during this time. I'll start in detail. I was offered to combine meat and cheese slicing. Well, I thought there would be two plates or a very large dish, yeah, they were on a standard plate, the amount stated in grams clearly did not match. Slicing vegetables is something, the vegetables are weathered, I cut them better at home and serve them on the table. I didn't even want to try them, by the way, I didn't eat anything from the vegetable plate. The bread basket is also something, some kind of crackers, the bread was withered, the serving was generally terrible. Only hot dishes and salad were saved. The meat was delicious, the salad with red fish was not bad. Then they brought out grilled vegetables, which I did not order, they were put in my absence and since the remaining guests had already started eating them, I did not argue. It's a pity I didn't take pictures of all these cuts, it was already somehow inconvenient. It is only possible to put a strong 4 on the service, since the girl Ulyana, who served our table, was very nice and attentive.
The music wants the best, until the people got to the right condition, did not go out to dance and sat more often until they realized that the repertoire would not change and they would have to dance to the existing one. I am completely disappointed, I will not recommend it to anyone.

Separately, Kristina is an excellent receptionist! She is always friendly, attentive to each client and performs her duties at a high level. She is always ready to help and resolve any issues. The establishment inside is quite presentable.
We arrived at 2 a.m. and went straight to wash our hands in the toilet. The fact that the sinks are common for both men and women is fine. You're standing there painting your lips, and a man is standing next to you, washing his hands 2 centimeters away from you and looking into your mouth, no problem.

I liked the music, we danced a lot.

Then I read the reviews and it's not the first time they are so "wrong"... The impression was already so - so . The day before the event, some of the alcohol was brought . And the next day they managed to lose him . Thank God they found him half an hour later. The service is just awful!!! I understand that there is a lot of workload . But we need to be more responsible about our work . We agreed that initially it would be hot, and then salads and so on. As a result , salads were brought out , which were supposed to be woven , but were cold . And every time it was necessary to pull someone to bring something to eat. It 's just awful !!!

My mother had a birthday, ordered a banquet, as a result, they called in an hour, said that there were no necessary ingredients for one of the dishes, upon arrival at the institution they saw that the tables were mixed up, then they messed up the drinks menu, we were also allowed to bring a coke with us, and then they began to give us a back one, they say this is not allowed (why was it allowed then?), well, to catch up, the desserts were stupidly not delivered, mom and her friends apparently forgot about them at night (I and a few other people left earlier), well, the institution should be upset, right?

My friends and I traveled together through Belarus and stopped in the glorious city of Brest. We did not expect to find such a high-level club in such a small city!

-when someone orders a sambuca, the bartender arranges a small performance: pours a drink, sets fire to the glasses and the bar counter (!), and while the guests are drinking, honks the horn. It looks like fun!
- I can't say about alcohol, because I don't drink much. But judging by the fact that two of my friends had a good time, the alcohol is delicious.)
- the main plus is the visitors themselves. Everyone is friendly and easy to get in touch, maintain pleasant communication. This is generally a distinctive feature of Belarusians!

I didn't like it. We were passing through Brest and decided to visit the place where we had been for 3 years. But unfortunately the Loft has closed.
There is no service. The tables are dirty. The waiter doesn't know if they have sauces for potatoes or not.

The institution has improved a lot ! It feels like I was not in Brest. The hookah was a real cannon , tastier than anywhere I've ever tasted, I've been to different hookah bars, but I only felt the taste of the hookah in the jellyfish. The bartender Evgeny was very pleased, he picked up everything to my taste. I don 't usually dance , but I couldn 't sit here , the music is good . In general , I recommend it !

The Korona team celebrated the New Year's corporate party in this wonderful institution. At the entrance, we were greeted by a polite receptionist and led to our seats. From the very beginning, the atmosphere of a decent establishment was felt. Of course, the New Year's program failed, there was no New Year's mood (there were few contests) of course, more was expected from the program. I really liked the kitchen, all the dishes are delicious, but you need to pay attention to the timely delivery of hot dishes. The club is very spacious and you can sit and relax and also dance well. Music for every taste (two DJs played, a girl sang under minus, and there was also live music). I also really liked the choreography of the group, which from time to time warmed up interest in dancing. Despite the small nuances, we had a very cool rest, thanks for the evening.
