A decent and modern institution in Brest .
So far , that's not spoiled yet.The service level is excellent!The waiters always try to serve quickly. The staff is generally always friendly.

The sweetest, friendliest and most wonderful place in Brest. Many thanks to the waiter Polina, the administrators Anna and Maria. We came from Minsk for an excursion. We wanted to walk through the streets of Brest, but the weather made its own adjustments. It was decided to go to the nearest cafe and relax. The nearest one along the way turned out to be Coyote. There was not a single person in the hall, but they refused us because of the dress code (one of our group had Jogger pants, we were shocked by their claims). I had to leave the place in the rain. The next one on the route turned out to be Medusa . And here, affection, care and all the conditions for a comfortable stay were waiting for us. Where they were very sympathetic to the current situation, helped to smooth out the degree of tension regarding the hospitality of Brest, provided the best table without a limit on the amount of service. We gave them hot and delicious tea, created an atmosphere and conditions for a comfortable stay. For which I thank them very much, prosperity to the institution from the bottom of my heart, thanks for such attentive and caring staff. I will heartily recommend the establishment for a comfortable stay. Really, I recommend it for rest and relaxation.

I want to leave a positive review about the wonderful hookah master! The work was done at the highest level, starting from the selection of tobacco and ending with the skill of cooking. The master perfectly took into account all the preferences, offered interesting flavor combinations that I had never tried before, and they turned out to be amazing! I went around a lot of establishments in Brest, but it was the first time I smoked such a delicious and well-made hookah.It is clear that a person really loves his job and puts his soul into every detail.

I give 1 star for the service. Dmitry is a very cool and attentive waiter! I give 2 stars for cleanliness. In terms of security, he did not allow rowdiness. I visited Medusa several times and always remained under a pleasant impression. The modern and beautiful interior, the subdued intimate atmosphere makes it possible to relax and enjoy your vacation. I came to relax at the restaurant and was impressed! I really want to highlight hookahs and their serving. The hookah man wears a sheikh's costume, it's very original, I've never seen this before, I was surprised. And of course, the food is a special treat. It was the first time and, apparently, the last time. I am completely disappointed with this institution, I wanted to ask for a book of complaints.
Advertising and promotion of the institution is good, but you need to meet the stated level.
There was a corporate party, and I was "lucky" to communicate with different administrators about the reservation, the menu; the girls get confused about the information and the cost of the show program, I had to repeatedly call back and clarify all the questions that arise on my own.
Upon arrival at the stated time, it turned out that the salads were not ready, the slicing too. Thanks, after 15 minutes they started to take it out.
We arrived at 20:30, the hot was brought at 23:00 (three times we had to approach the waiter, and then the administrator).
The "very attentive" staff offered to change the devices, everyone agreed, but in vain! The hungry looked at the hot stuff for 15 minutes, waiting for the waiters to remember that the guests had no appliances.
To remove used napkins and dirty dishes, to offer to wipe spilled water is, in my opinion, the basis of the basics, but in Medusa waiters are not taught this.

We went to a corporate party. Initially , everything was negotiated , alcohol was brought . You can also talk about soft drinks , but in the end , they said they were wrong . Then I read the reviews and it's not the first time they are so "wrong"... The impression was already so - so . The day before the event, some of the alcohol was brought . And the next day they managed to lose him . Thank God they found him half an hour later. The service is just awful!!! I understand that there is a lot of workload . But we need to be more responsible about our work . We agreed that initially it would be hot, and then salads and so on. As a result , salads were brought out , which were supposed to be woven , but were cold . And every time it was necessary to pull someone to bring something to eat. It 's just awful !!!

I wonder what 4 servings would look like, considering that on three plates there were 6 pieces of corn, 6 mushrooms, 6 pieces of pepper and the same amount of eggplant and zucchini.
I liked the music, we danced a lot.

I have not been to the club, I was only on the summer terrace, but I think the review will make it clear the approach to customers throughout the institution. I must say right away that I rarely write negative reviews, though rarely, you can take a look at my account, but here's the deal. What didn't you like:
1. On the summer veranda, they do not let you into the hall to go to the bathroom, wash your hands corny: to get there, you need to go in from the other side, climb to the second floor, somehow look for a club, somehow explain that you are a client. I didn't like it very much. Either the institution resolves the issue with the restroom, or closes the summer terrace. I don't see any other normal solutions.
2. The food was cooked and carried for a REALLY long time, while:
3. the gold burger with beef came completely cold inside, but they tried to heat it with a flame from the outside, as a result of which the bun was with charcoal, and the lettuce leaves were so dried that they crumbled into dust. For 28 rubles, they didn't even think to serve potatoes corny to a burger.
4. The stewed pork with mustard sauce and gnocchi was interesting, the pork was boiled to fibers, but dry, the sauce was cool, the gnocchi were overcooked.
5. Lemonade with melon, watermelon and violets tasted like currants
Overall, the impression of the place, considering the prices, is two stars. I can't really recommend this place, which doesn't happen to me very often.

My friends and I traveled together through Belarus and stopped in the glorious city of Brest. We did not expect to find such a high-level club in such a small city!

-when someone orders a sambuca, the bartender arranges a small performance: pours a drink, sets fire to the glasses and the bar counter (!), and while the guests are drinking, honks the horn. It looks like fun!
- I can't say about alcohol, because I don't drink much. But judging by the fact that two of my friends had a good time, the alcohol is delicious.)
- the main plus is the visitors themselves. Everyone is friendly and easy to get in touch, maintain pleasant communication. This is generally a distinctive feature of Belarusians!
