Terrible, disrespectful, negligent attitude towards customers. We ordered a service to transport an 88-year-old grandmother home from the hospital. The order was completed within a day. Initially, we were booked for 15 o'clock, then they called us back and rescheduled for 16 o'clock. On the day of discharge, the Medical Taxi called back to confirm. As a result, they did not arrive either at 16 o'clock or at 16:30. When we called back, we replied that they had an emergency and, at best, would arrive by half past five. Question: if you have everything by appointment, and you are not an ambulance, then what is the emergency? Why weren't we warned right away, but only informed when we called back ourselves, without waiting? An old 88-year-old grandmother in a serious condition was marinated all day in the stuffy waiting! And as a result, we were forced to find another transportation option. Extreme irresponsibility and disrespect for a very elderly person. You understand perfectly well that your services are used by exactly those people who cannot be transported on their own in an ordinary car, but you absolutely do not care about all this! I do not recommend using the transportation services of this service!
