They made a tikovak for a child here when they couldn't find it in Minsk anymore. We signed up on the same day. Pre-vaccination check-up, friendly staff at the vaccination center. As a gift, stickers and a balloon for the child. The child is happy, and so are we. A good play area for children, where you can wait after vaccination.

I live in Minsk myself, but I had to do an ultrasound urgently. And this clinic turned out to be the only one who took on the date when I needed to. I really liked the clinic. Modern, beautiful. We visited the medical center for vaccination. We paid in advance for all 2 doses. They promised to call me back when there will be a revaccination. I didn't get a call. When I called myself, they replied that there was no vaccine, even though it was paid for. After small trials, it turned out that there was still a vaccine. A date has been set. After that, I had to reschedule what was agreed. During the transfer, I again received information that there was no vaccine. The situation repeated itself. But they still got vaccinated.
Plus, on the first visit, I wanted to make a vaccination passport for the child, to which I was told that we would not do it now for some reason, but let's make a mark at home and do everything by your next visit. When I confirmed the visit, I was reminded of my passport. I reminded you at the reception before the reception again. As a result, the doctor was not aware, there were a lot of people, but they said they would do it. We were waiting, I came up to ask myself when to wait for the passport, to which I received the answer that in 2-3 days. We went to the reception for the vaccine from the other side of the country, there is no way to come later for a passport. There are no questions to the doctor, unlike the first time, there were a lot of people. But the administrative work is just disgusting. Of course, thank you so much for the opportunity to put Varilrix, but a lot of nerves have been eaten. The impressions are terrible :(
Upd. After the request, a specialist from the center contacted and offered to make a passport for free and send it by registered mail. The passport has arrived. Thank you very much for wanting to resolve the situation.

They were recorded on 19.08 at 8.00 am. We went to a specific specialist surgeon on a recommendation. They called me back the day before and asked me to reschedule the time to 9.00. No questions. We arrived at 8.58, while we were filling out the documents, a patient was sent to the doctor who was scheduled for 10.00, and who "accidentally" came an hour earlier. I can understand everything, but at least someone "meowed" sorry. As we were told, we were too late! For those who plan to visit this medical center, it is necessary to arrive not at the appointed time, but 15-20 minutes in advance, so that later they do not wait 1 hour 20 minutes like us. And the doctor is really very good, Gemini Anna Anatolyevna, I recommend it.

The nurse of the vaccination office showed the packaging, the expiration date of the vaccine, and then injected the vaccine not into the deltoid muscle, but under it, and not at an angle of 90 °, as the technique suggests, but 45 °. Since the drug has already been introduced, nothing can be changed, she told the pediatrician that the technique of administering the drug was incorrect. And I got the answer that the technique is not important, most likely it got into the muscle. For a second, we're talking about a 250r drug. I hope they will take note of this and conduct training with the average medical staff.

Having come to the center not for the first time, nothing has changed. The staff does not convey complete information to the client when you call, then unnecessary questions arise. They count extra materials, although you come with your own (a container for urine collection), and as for the office of the gynecologist, there is no most basic thing- shoe covers, although this is hygiene, you slap barefoot on the floor.

When making an appointment for an ultrasound, they were not informed about all the restrictions before the procedure, they simply did not say that it was necessary to come with your items. On the day of the procedure, an employee accidentally asked about the restrictions being fulfilled and in response to not informing when recording, they offered to re-study in two weeks!!! Customer focus is at zero!!!
