Everything is good in this place: delicious food, courteous staff and the very decoration of the hall. With one exception, there may be a very long waiting time for orders. We came to them for breakfast and had to wait more than 40 minutes for fairly simple dishes to arrive.

We were 2 times with a young man in the morning, for breakfast. I liked everything very much - the food is delicious, the waiters are very attentive and smiling.
When I came to lunch alone on the second day, I waited 10 minutes for the menu (3-4 tables were occupied), then another 10 minutes for the order to be accepted. I've been trying to get attention all this time, waving my arms, but I've just been ignored. After the hot one, I asked you to bring dessert right away. I waited for him for another 20 minutes, also trying to stop at least someone. It turned out that the receptionist who accepted the order had forgotten about it.
In total, I spent 1.5 hours in the cafe. Of which I ate for about 15 minutes. It was very unpleasant, the waiters just passed by, looking through me. I would understand if there was a full landing in the cafe. But there were more waiters than guests.

There is a regular young Turk cook who surprisingly does not know that the right shakshuka is made from tomatoes and natural tomato paste. He does not know how to take criticism and feedback. One day, recognizing me by sight, he did not accept my order, playing the fool, and I had to wait for my pasta for an hour. The problem could not be solved without a manager: it was only when she joined the process that I received my long-awaited pasta and an apology from the management. In general, the staff is very friendly.

The next day, I went to the manager to resolve this situation, I do not like conflict situations, but the manager with a malicious grin just said that they had checked everything and everything was fine, they say we were poisoned somewhere else. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat anywhere else after your cafe!!! And then she said that we have bad stomachs, well, we are to blame for everything. By the way, we eat cheesecakes often!!! The manager did not want to resolve the situation. I hope the management sees this and sides with the customers!!!
