The third grade is not a marriage. There are always queues to doctors and talking in the corridors - there is no normal organization of reception of citizens. The medical staff is often rude and boorish. What can I say if their main principle is: to cause minimal harm to the patient, and not to provide maximum medical PROFESSIONAL assistance!!@

There are no signs inside where to go, how to get to the 2nd floor. I have to ask the locals how to get somewhere. There is nothing provided in this plan. Otherwise, everything is fine
