Everything was fine. The staff, including, speaks Russian. We were there in the second half of September, there are not so many people. I liked it very much.
Yes, there is an underground parking lot, although the road-how to enter it should be clarified. We arrived at night, we didn't find it at first. But, there are a lot of paid ground parking around, so there is a place to park your car.
