The hotel was booked for 2 nights. A week before the booking, we wrote to the support service with a request for cancellation and refund of funds (13,000rubles). The reason is more than good: the child was admitted to the hospital (a certificate from the doctor and the management was sent). The hotel refused without comment. The location is convenient - a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a half-hour walk from the Duomo Di Milano. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is attentive and friendly.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not pull at 4 stars in any way, the breakfast is passable, you will not be hungry, pleasant, smiling staff.
