Tunisia is not Turkey, the service level is 1 star lower. Everywhere. Now about the hotel itself, the pros and cons. I did not like the distance from the beach, you will stomp in the heat for 10 minutes along a stupid road, then the beach itself is terrible the sunbeds are broken, the sand is dirty, there are sharp objects in the sand, especially dangerous for children, you can get hurt, the water in the sea is super clean. I do not recommend spa treatments, I took a course of wraps, well, so-so, for a C grade, local women who are not familiar with the concept of service do. The rooms are patched up. Now about what I liked, the territory is good, the pools are clean. Food: the restaurant has tablecloths and very good waiters, boys who very quickly bring drinks and clear the table, about the food itself: specifically, the cook is a lover of spices, but everything was delicious. In general, for Tunisian 4 will do, but for one time.

I was in 2018, it was wonderful, purely pleasant, they really fed the same food every day. 7 minutes to the sea, walk on hot asphalt 👍 The city is really dirty, they smoke and throw garbage everywhere.

We rested in this hotel from June 3 to June 13, 2023. The hotel is declared as 4 stars. Pulls on a solid 4 plus. The service in the hotels is good. The staff is responsive, there are people who speak Russian. The food is good. The bars are open all day and there is no restriction on drinks. Room cleaning every day towels are changed daily. We will enjoy the rest. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The entrance to the sea is good sand. I liked everything very much. The sea, the sun and the attitude towards vacationers.

A WONDERFUL VACATION!
This is not the first time I have been on vacation in Tunisia and there is something to compare it with.
I was vacationing with a friend in late August and early September 2021 on an all-inclusive basis!! The only thing is that it is a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Monastir airport.Why doesn't the plane arrive in Enfida?It would be closer to the hotel.
A very lovely hotel.
The wonderful and friendly Russian-speaking staff at the reception immediately endeared themselves.There was no discomfort.All questions were answered at once (sometimes you have to wait a long time in other hotels)
We were given the best room with a view of the pool.The room has everything -air conditioning,hairdryer,safe,clothes hangers, large wardrobe.And most importantly
Wi-Fi, not only in lobio, but also in the room and is quite good, since we need a computer for our work.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away and the most important thing is that there are not many people.The sea is gorgeous, once a jellyfish got caught and then quietly sailed past))) In general, Silence and Complete relaxation.
The food is quite good: seafood, meat, chicken, porridges, salads, soups, fruits and delicious sweets.
A wonderful team of animators.
Russian Russians are few in the hotel (it was just us)))), there was no Russian music, but after talking with the team, they put on several songs for us))))

I didn't like it at all. The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. There is no animation, you can say. You need to ask and persuade them to do something at least. They're just sitting on their phones going about their business , like they have nothing to do. This kind of question is like we're here for them, and they're doing us a favor. I can't say that the hotel left a good impression. Starting with the fact that this is the second coastline, and not as stated that the hotel has its own beach. I can't recommend this hotel. I would never have come back here.

We were a company of 6 people, from June 13 to 23, the rooms are gorgeous, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, very nice!!! The food is varied, for every taste, wines without measure, drinks are different, we ate watermelons for the whole summer, lamb, turkey, chicken, fish are different, even we ate a shark! The sea is 500 meters away, there are drinks and beer cold! There are 2 swimming pools at the hotel, the entrance is convenient for children. I liked everything! I was at the hotel from September 28 to October 7, 2019. There is something to compare it with. The hotel is good - I recommend it (****). We were lucky with the weather +26, only the last day was covered with rain. The water is clean, it is quite suitable for swimming and swimming. I've seen 3 jellyfish all the time. The beach in this place is the best, wide, the sand is Tunisian (fine, white, does not heat up much - you can walk barefoot). Umbrellas and sun beds need to be replaced. Animation for 3+ no more. Meals for 4+, everything is very tasty and varied, I do not recommend barbecue. Fruits: cactus fruits, squeezed pomegranate juice, grapes, plums, pears, apples. The ice cream is very good in the assortment. There are 3 types of local wine, good beer in the restaurant. breakfast from 7-10, lunch 12.30-14.00, 19.00-21.00 dinner, bars and cafes in between. Additional entertainment 4 restaurants (Italian trash as always, but as an event in another hotel). There is enough greenery, there is a place to take a picture. The local cultural center of the PORT is 20 minutes on foot. From the airport 1 hour 40 min. We flew back and forth on an Arab plane, there was a 2-hour delay back and half of the passengers did not have their luggage - everything valuable was in their hand luggage. Upon check-in, they take a tour.collection. In general, I am satisfied with the sun, the sea, the weather, the food.

A good hotel with everything you need for a beach holiday, but not to say super! Massages, hammam and therapeutic pool are very expensive services. The food is delicious, but there are very few greens. The beach is spacious, there is also a beach volleyball court, there is also a tennis court and a mini football field. 2 swimming pools. Great hotel! The service is excellent! We went with a friend in late June and early July. The hotel is aimed at Europeans. He's more calm. But when a lot of Russians appeared, the animation program was revived a little. The animators are great. I saw them rehearsing. Everyone is smiling, very pleasant) the staff is also very courteous. They remember everyone quickly. The food is super. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Meat, fish. They constantly bring more and more. They can open a cafe earlier. Water is given for free as much as you want. The wine is good. Great hotel!!!!

The menu is very monotonous, all the food is simply "bathed" in oil. I had stomach problems from such an abundance of oil. The coffee is disgusting in the morning. Married. My husband liked only beer out of all alcoholic drinks. I've tasted the wine myself. Nightmare. The rooms are cozy, there are air conditioners. But the towels are dirty, there is practically nothing left of belezna. During the 7 days of stay, towels were received twice as if they had not been washed. The warm pool is open only from 12.00 to 15.00. There is a fitness room, because I do sports, this is a big plus for me. Quite modern simulators. Although the hall itself is not very comfortable. We did not take paid excursions. We rented a car and drove around everything that the operators offer for money on our own.And it turned out to be cheaper for us. Don't listen to the operators, they scare you a lot.

The hotel is good. But the rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust under the beds and behind the bedside tables. I had to beg for towels. And this is normal. And you should always express your wishes at the reception. The guys there are great about their responsibilities.
