I am writing a review 5 years after regular visits to Natalia Moroz's doctor. After the miscarriage, I turned to Natalia for feedback in order for her to help save the next pregnancy in the early stages. The doctor said that I have elevated progesterone and this is the reason for the first failure. Next, I took progesterone every 2 weeks and took pills to lower it. And every 2-3 weeks I visited a doctor for a consultation and so on until about 16-18 weeks. I note that the cost of her consultation at that time was much higher than the average price in Minsk. As a result, everything is OK with the child. BUT! When I got sick for the second time, I immediately ran to the doctors to control progesterone again. The doctor of a private clinic with excellent reviews assured me that progesterone has nothing to do with it at all and it does not affect pregnancy in any way. Of course, I doubted and went to two different doctors with the same question! As a result, all 3 DOCTORS from different clinics with the best reviews were of the same opinion: progesterone has nothing to do with it. this is not an indicative analysis and what kind of treatment Natalia offered me during my first pregnancy - these are generally very outdated treatment protocols!! I was shocked. It was obvious that the doctors were only surprised by my story.
I do not recommend the doctor Natalia Moroz. At the moment, I got the impression that it was just pumping money out of a young inexperienced girl, because I didn't have any other nuances about pregnancy.

I was actually surprised to read the negative comments about Medilia, as I had heard about Natalia Moroz exclusively in a good way. Yes, I will not hide it, she is an expensive doctor, not everyone can afford her services, but she is certainly a competent doctor. Thanks to Natalia Moroz, I became a mother and not only me. It helps women with problems to get pregnant, and this is a fact. Maybe she had mistakes in her work, but I repeat it's all individual.
And to the issue of hygiene. In general, when you go to a gynecologist, whether it is a paid or free doctor, you need to take your diaper with you and do not rely on papers that will be put under your fifth dot. You're a Woman!!!

I was also extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided. It feels like a visit to the clinic in my youth. I have something to compare it with: I have been observed in private clinics not only in Belarus for a very long time. I've never seen anything like this before. For a long time, colposcopy has been done with a monitor, into which the client can look while the doctor explains. There was no such thing in this "clinic" in December 2021: the doctor looked at something quickly and that was it. Colposcopy has never hurt me so much; it's very rough and not neat. During ultrasound, a small piece of paper was placed on the couch under the fifth point. This is a matter of hygiene. But the most interesting thing started later. The doctor, not remembering what she said during the online consultation (which she started an hour after the agreed time), said the exact opposite at a personal appointment about taking approx. I haven't solved the problem. I corrected the conclusion 3 (!!) times, tk entered another client instead of me, other diagnoses. And she never even apologized, eventually sending a crooked photo with a conclusion to WhatsApp. I was shocked not by the prices, but by the attitude and the "quality" of the services.
The wrong diagnosis was also made by this doctor to the sister, refuted by other doctors. She said in correspondence that she would have to do vulvoscopy again and remove warts. When the sister was surprised, "what other warts?, there is nothing in the first conclusion," the answer was "I forgot to write." When contacting another doctor, who repeated the vulvoscopy and SHOWED it on the monitor with comments, it turned out that there were no warts. In addition, the doctor prescribed treatment with several drugs, without waiting for the test results. The tests did not confirm any of the diseases.
Girls and women, take care of yourself and somehow enlighten yourself on important topics in order to protect yourself from receiving such services.

I arrived a few minutes before the appointment, the nurse asked me to wait in the waiting room, and I sat under the door for 15 minutes and listened to the entire clinic staff chasing teas, clinking cups, spoons, giggling and chatting - well, they opened at 2, at 4 it's time to drink tea, and let the whole world wait!
There is an announcement at the reception "the terminal is not working", no one warned me on the phone, I don't have a penny in cash (in the end, I was lucky, it worked);
In the end, the doctor informs me that she does NOT do screening for the 3rd trimester. She can do a routine ultrasound, but she cannot do a genetic heart screening without having the appropriate qualifications, that is, I will have to go for an ultrasound somewhere else to undergo a full examination...
It turns out that I was signed up for a procedure that they don't do...
Well, purely from the little things: the couch is covered with a small napkin instead of a diaper, she is also invited to wipe herself after an ultrasound; the path to the clinic is not cleared of snow - jumping through snowdrifts at 8 months is such an occupation.
In short, it's the worst I've ever seen. I'll never come again.
A pleasant doctor, everything is neat inside, in principle I liked it, although after the examination I had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible (the most important thing is that I conducted a full examination)

Dear ladies,
I am VERY upset about my visit and will never return to this clinic again.
I live in London and came to this clinic about a year ago. The service was great back then. Therefore, when I came to visit my family in Minsk, I decided to look in for a second consultation and was extremely disappointed.
I arrived 10 minutes before the start of my appointment, at the entrance, I was told that because I did not confirm the recording on the phone, they took and for some reason moved me to 19:30.
I could not confirm my appointment by phone, as I had just arrived in Minsk + following this logic, my appointment should have been canceled altogether, but for some reason it was moved by half an hour.
After sitting at the reception until 20:00, I got up and went, because I had never seen such disrespect for patients and for human time. It is still understandable to sit and wait for an hour in a polyclinic, or where services are provided for free. But it doesn't seem to be that kind of institution, does it?
No one apologized, it was just said that we still have to wait. (Without voicing the time and how much longer do I have to wait).
That's a lost hour of the most precious thing we have - our time.
While waiting, I made an appointment at another clinic (which has about 800 reviews, all of which are five stars). They answered and signed me up online, and were very friendly.
It's a pity that this happened.
