I thought about writing a review for a long time or not, but I decided to leave it anyway...
They pierced my daughter's lobes. The first impression is very positive. A pleasant master, told and explained everything, helped to pick up earrings, gave a care memo. However, the cost was a little surprised, they said on the phone from 46p., in the end it turned out to be 224p. Be prepared that the cost may increase significantly from the announced one.
1.5 months have passed and one lobe has become inflamed. After calling this office, I realized that they would not help me. I did not receive any advice, except that poor care and read the instructions. I had to go to the surgeon at the polyclinic.
3 stars only for a positive first impression.

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before visiting this place. I have not seen such a boorish attitude towards a client for a long time. The administrator does a great favor by answering questions at all. And the answers are very monosyllabic, like yes/no.
They can't figure out the cost normally, and they can't figure out the work schedule either. The cost turns out to be much higher, because they call the minimum cost, it depends on the earrings.
By the way, if you encounter complications after a puncture in this office, no one will care about it.
I would definitely check their documents before the puncture, I regret that I did not do this earlier.
I really do not recommend contacting this organization!

I really regret that I did not read the reviews about this studio before the visit.
I pierced my navel with them a week ago. I'll start with the fact that the cost of a puncture in correspondence and in fact differs significantly, they called 50, as a result, they sold it at 160. Magic gels and napkins that do not help from the word of the OWL also need to be bought from them
They put an earring in steel, which, as the guy assured, is hypoallergenic, also not cheap. As a result, when I started to have serious inflammation, suppuration, the studio just began to ignore me (but they recorded it in a couple of minutes :) the stomach was covered with spots, and the master and the administrator did not understand what the problem was. Is it possible to take such people to places where the main customers are children? I will NEVER take my child there for the first ear piercing, and I do not advise you.
You will not get help from them, only if you pay another 30p, that's what an indifferent administrator answered me after 3 days of my solicitations to them in Yandex.Direct.

I really regret that I fell for the beautiful pictures on Instagram! I made two punctures in my earlobe. A week later, the ear was swollen, reddened, and pus accumulated. I called to find out when I could come to a consultation so that they could help me. To which I received the answer - "the consultation is paid (29 rubles) and only by appointment on weekdays" (it was Sunday). To my indignation about the fact that I made punctures at your place, I was told that they were not responsible! And they accused me of improper care. The recommendations for care were just napkins soaked in Chlorhexidine for 39 rubles, which their "specialist" gave me.
On the same day, I turned to a beauty salon not far from this office for help. I was pleasantly surprised by the reception! I was given detailed advice on what to do in my case. They wrote the treatment in detail. And at the same time, I paid a meager amount! If I did punctures, their consultation would be completely FREE! And what happened to my ear is not my fault at all!
My advice is to read real reviews before applying for such services!!! Don't see each other in beautiful pictures!
The only thing that calms me down is that I made punctures to myself, and not to my one-year-old daughter! Don't set foot in here anymore!!!!
And yes! As already mentioned in the reviews - the price on the phone and the real price differ three times!!!

I had an ear piercing procedure today. At first, the price was negotiated at 50 rubles. After completing the procedure, they announced to me the amount of 65 rubles. They said that I ended up choosing more expensive earrings, but they didn't warn me about it. I said that I didn't like this situation. They started being rude to me. Calling her a beggar , sending her three letters , beginning with the letter ,,x,, . Literally, the answer of the master (guy) was: .. Go look for a homeless man who will make you free or cheaper... It came to calling the police.
I do not recommend visiting this office. It's very unpleasant. I paid 65 rubles for it.

I regretted that I did not read the reviews here, but fell for a good Instagram page with great reviews!
I decided to make myself a birthday present and on June 9 I came from the city of Zhodino to prick cartilage and lobe on Mstislavets. I gave more than 250 rubles for 2 punctures as a result. Oh, and "magic" napkins for a little more than 30 rubles (the young man who gave me a puncture justified sniffing napkins by saying that only they can provide good care and plus they have a care memo!!!). From a cartilage puncture, he simply refused in every possible way with a needle, saying that a special cartridge is better! In short, he took me like a sucker to the fullest🙁
There were no problems with the lobe.
The problems started with the cartilage... The "master" allowed me to put the most beautiful earring with pebbles, a short pin and a flat twist, which I chose!👏 (They took it off the dusty stand). I left home with a slight aftertaste of dissatisfaction with how it all happened 🙁
My ear was constantly aching. On June 25, severe inflammation began, which led to terrible swelling, abscess and otitis externa. During the first days of inflammation, I removed the napkins, began actively rinsing the puncture with Chlorhexidine and drinking painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs. As a result, I took off the earring with grief in half (my husband helped). Nothing helped and because of the constant pain I had to go to the ambulance to do the cleaning. They prescribed antibiotics. These manipulations especially helped. Having endured the hellish pain of cleaning an inflamed ear alive, the next day I saw that nothing had changed ... (By the way, the peak of cartilage inflammation began after trying to get to the puncture with magic miracle wipes!).
As a result, I signed up at a private clinic for an appointment with an ENT, who urgently sent me to the emergency room in Borovlyany, without taking a penny. In the emergency room, it was decided to cut the ear urgently and change antibiotics.
Bottom line: for the second week, they are trying to treat me in Borovlyany, but so far without results. That's where I'm writing from, by the way. Purulent inflammation still persists. Yesterday we prescribed the third antibiotics and increased the number of cleanings... They are not going to be discharged yet.
They didn't even respond to my Instagram email from Medical beauty!
I paid for all the pleasure more than 4 times compared to other salons!

Don't come here if you see this review. The price after the puncture is an order of magnitude higher than promised. My daughter's ears festered (although they were treated), I had to throw away their earrings and go to a doctor to redo them. It turned out that they made holes of unequal height.. I bought a gift certificate and really regretted that I did not read reviews from various sources in advance (
I'll start with the cost, what they write on Instagram from 46p immediately multiply by 3 and this is for ONE puncture, and for 46 they have nothing, you can make a puncture for 60-70p (with an ordinary pistol), but it's like I was told for POOR people who don't care about children's ears! I want to note that the place itself absolutely does not correspond to the cost!
Immediately after the puncture, everything was fine, but after 1-1.5 months, blood began to form near the puncture and redness on one side. When I wrote to them on Instagram what to do and who to contact, I did not receive an answer! They only answer when you are interested in the service, that's such a wonderful service, or rather its absence!!!
