They go to a paid doctor in order not to hear cheeky statements, as in the USSR in free clinics from old nags, sorry. A rough examination, made an oncological diagnosis (yes, she directly told about breast cancer), after probing the breast. This woman, with such treatment, belongs in the village, obviously not in a paid institution.
