It is strange that at first I signed the documents stating that I have no claims to the product, then I paid and only after that I was allowed to open the package and check the product itself (but I already signed the paper that I have no claims).
The guys helped me figure out the children's watches. With a dead battery at that time and install the necessary applications. Respect to the guys.

This is not the first time I have applied to this store. everything was always fast and efficient. Today I applied again with the purchase of Gembird Nic-U3-02. There is a light in the warehouse on the website (I will note this). We dial at 9:00 a.m. we ask you to bring it by 17:00 today (an important point, because they will come to connect the TV). The manager says literally, "Yes, they should be here by this time." And then at 15:00 the call said that we would not bring anything. Wait for me tomorrow evening. Dear MMG, if you are not sure that you will be able to deliver the goods on time, do not promise! Tell me about it right away! It didn't turn out well that I had to urgently look for other suppliers!

I ordered a column through an online service. They called and said that she would go to the pick-up point for 9 days. It's a bit much, but okay, I'll wait. After 9 days, I call and check if my column has arrived, to which I was told that it turns out it did not arrive due to some problems with the supplier. And apparently, he won't come. But they didn't leave the situation like that and offered me to throw options for other speakers and adjust the price to the one I was going to buy. Actually, they threw 5 speaker options and all of them were a little more expensive than the one I ordered. I chose the option that suited me, and a couple of days later I picked it up at the same price as I was supposed to pick up the first column. Thank you for not leaving me with a problem, you didn't tell me that pupup was drunk, your column is not there, goodbye. And that's how we got out of the situation, excellent customer orientation, thank you very much again!!
