The Medeu Hotel left a wonderful impression. The spacious, cozy and clean rooms create an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. The staff is very polite and professional, the service is at a high level. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, which is a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is in the very center of Kostanay, which makes it easy to walk and visit the key sights of the city.
The hotel is good. I don't know if all the rooms are the same or not, but there is such a feature: a full refrigerator of all sorts of stuff, but this is not included in the room payment, only two bottles of water are included. To clarify, I had to call the administrator. It's good that we found out right away, otherwise we would have to pay for the eviction. It would have been an unpleasant surprise. Wish to the hotel: put the information about the paid refrigerator bar on the table🙂 Also: take a toothpaste with you, only a brush is provided. About the ironing board and iron: hug and cry😆The iron is leaking, the board is older than me🤣🤣🤣The breakfasts are normal, ordinary, without frills, but you can eat tightly. Advice to pastry chefs: learn how to make delicious cheesecakes, it does not pull up to the level of a hotel restaurant. Pilaf is also not pilaf: rice with meat, I also cook at home. I put 5⭐ because I had good impressions! Clean, cozy, everything is fine!The rest is the little things of life! I wish you prosperity, and many, many guests!

However, it is worth noting one aspect that requires additional attention and improvement on the part of the hotel administration. A visit to the hotel restaurant left much to be desired in terms of service: serving dishes took a considerable time, and the mushrooms brought were not fully cooked and remained cold. It will be great if the hotel management takes measures to optimize the operation of the kitchen and service in the restaurant in order to avoid such shortcomings in the future and make the stay of guests even more pleasant.
