In 2023, I applied here when my wisdom tooth got infected. There was no time to choose, I went urgently to the clinic near the house, got to the doctor Narek. In the clinic, for some reason, they do not use latex dilators, but pull the corner of the mouth with a metal stick, so that it tears. During the removal, a hole with a sinus formed, which had to be sewn up, but if a CT scan had been done, it could have been avoided. And what prompted me to write this review is that I have now turned to another clinic, where I had a CT scan and it shows that they forgot the root of that very wisdom tooth. In general, it's not scary, my native root, but it says a lot about the clinic and its doctors.

I want to leave a review thanking Dr. Melania. I had a lot of teeth to treat, and I was also afraid to treat them. I chose a doctor based on reviews on the web and did not lose. Not only caries was treated, but also old canals. I really like the doctor's attitude to patients and to work. One day on a day off, I had a bad toothache (with calcium in the canal), I went to the Medical center. The doctor on duty examined the tooth, contacted Dr. Melania (she had a day off). In addition, the doctor also called me and asked me to report on the condition. It was very nice that the doctor was in touch.
And also, Dr. Melania for the preservation of teeth and nerves. Therefore, even if the caries is deep and it is possible not to remove the nerves, she suggests putting a seal and observing.

In November-December 2023, I went to the clinic with a complaint about my teeth, on the one hand, some tooth ached a little and became sensitive to cold temperatures, it became uncomfortable for me to chew on this side.
Dr. Rapyan worked with me at the Medesi clinic, they took a panoramic picture of me, and they didn't find any problem. But the doctor said that all the fillings are old, so you need to replace everything, that is, 13 pieces. We started from the problem side and replaced 7 seals in 2 steps - 4 at the bottom and 3 at the top. But my problem hasn't gone away. Eating on this side was also uncomfortable. The doctor said he didn't know what could hurt me. I also didn't like that the doctor said that my mouth doesn't open enough, so it's difficult for him to work. After treatment, the corners of my mouth were injured to sores, they healed for about a week. I think that patients have different mouths, and some may have even fewer openings, the doctor should be able to work with different mouths.
I did not dare to redo 6 more seals on the other side. And after a while, I discovered that one of the new fillings was coming off - the edge could be picked up with a toothpick. But the painful sensations remained, and after a month they intensified even more. I went to another clinic, I had a CT scan of my jaw and found the source of unpleasant sensations - pulpitis. That is, it was necessary not just to change the seal, but to open the channels, treat inflammation, but they did not offer me such treatment in the Medical Center despite my complaints. And of the 6 seals that remained to be replaced, according to Dr. Rapyan, another clinic said that only one needed to be updated, the rest did not need to be changed. The clinic also confirmed the defect of the filling, which is now slightly receding, which the doctor installed for me just 2 months ago, on another of the "treated" 7 teeth! That is, 2 teeth were not cured qualitatively, but whether the other 5 needed to be treated is a big question.
Why did I put 2 pluses. In addition to the story above, I did hygienic cleaning - they did it well. I treated my child to remove a baby tooth, I liked the design of the children's department, the doctors are attentive, convenient work schedule. In general, good service, work with insurance companies, it is convenient to sign up. But the experience of dental treatment turned out to be terrible.

Irresponsible behavior of the staff. I made an appointment for Friday evening, the tooth had been aching since Wednesday, but we were scheduled for Friday, so we had to endure two more days. I needed an operation to remove a wisdom tooth. The doctor examined Koryun, said that he would be able to do it only on Monday, but I explained that there was no way to tolerate so much. I asked to schedule an operation as early as possible, they said they would make an appointment with another doctor for tomorrow evening (i.e. on Saturday). I came to the doctor Narek at the appointed time. He examined and said that the mouth does not open enough, so he will not be able to perform the operation today (but the previous doctor did not talk about such a problem). To which I replied that this problem could get worse from day to day, to which they replied that it was okay, we would prescribe medications, you would come on Monday or (!) on Tuesday... This behavior of the doctor speaks of his irresponsible attitude towards the patient and his suffering. Before visiting this office, I read a lot of good reviews and was confident in the competence of the clinic's doctors, but my own experience turned out to be completely different, I was convinced that it is not worth having high expectations based on reviews.

Melania Chobanyan is the best dental therapist I have ever been treated by. He performs the work professionally and with a soul. She treated several teeth efficiently and performed chip restoration.
Narek Mkhitaryan is an excellent dental surgeon, a master of his craft. I removed a complicated wisdom tooth from him and implanted it. Both procedures were painless and comfortable. After the operations, a detailed recovery plan was given, which was monitored by the doctor during postoperative consultations.
Karen Avanesyan is a good orthopedic dentist. Performed prosthetics of several teeth, including a temporary crown over the implant (for the duration of the implant healing). All the work is done on the "five", the crowns look and sit like family.
Anna Grigoryan is a pediatric dentist. I treated 8 teeth of my daughter under general anesthesia. The initial consultation, the operation itself and the recovery from anesthesia were perfect.

Terrible quality of services rendered. I arrived late at night, because there was a very sharp pain. Vahe's doctor cured the symptoms, prescribed treatment, but removed only part of the nerve and left the tooth open. I went to another clinic and there they put a temporary seal on me. When I came for the second time, they still did not completely remove the nerve and put a superficial filling. When I came to another dentist, they were shocked. All this could end with a cyst!
I highly do not recommend going here.

I came for cleaning. After looking at it for two minutes, the doctor suggested replacing 13 fillings, without a panoramic picture and the need. At the same time, there was a tooth that required canal treatment and a crown. 5 fillings were replaced, but after three attempts it was not possible to sharpen the teeth so that the bite fell into place and there was no pain in the tooth, in which there was no pain before the filling was replaced. As a result, I am being treated in another clinic, where they initially took up a problematic tooth with a crown and offered to replace only 3 fillings.
Perhaps the fillings themselves are made well, but the attitude of the doctors is like a divorce, 2 minutes of examination and let's redo everything. At the same time, ignoring the necessary treatment of a complex tooth.
The cleaning was done well.

I did not receive any comments on the problem tooth, the examination consisted in naming the amount of n thousand dollars and sending home to save money, lol. On the issue of the current problem, come after 21.
I arrived at 21, stayed until 22 (the doctor immediately began to receive the locals, who came in turn after me). I went to another clinic, where everything was patched up in 20 minutes, accepted instantly, and today it was completely finished.
After the consultation, I was in two more clinics, where at least an X-ray was done before giving any comments and they explained for 20 minutes what, in what order and how to do it. So there is something to compare it with, I think that the problem was not with me.

Having found Medesy according to reviews, I made an appointment with Dr. Vilen - and did not regret it at all. Dr. Vilen made the impression of a real professional: he immediately took a picture, drew up a treatment plan (it turned out that several teeth needed treatment at once), removed the root of the diseased tooth on the same day and put medicine to relieve the pain. Then there were several more visits, during which Dr. Vilen changed my old fillings and treated my caries, and each visit was like a series from some fascinating series - so well-coordinated and professional was the work of the doctor and nurses. During the treatment, Dr. Vilen always asks about the sensations, tries to minimize discomfort as much as possible and tells me about all stages of treatment, which appeals to me very much, because knowing exactly what the doctor is doing with your teeth at the moment, you worry less.

She stretched her lips as if she was doing it on a mannequin, not a living person, and although I said it hurt me, she did not react. BOTTOM LINE: here you will not be asked if you are comfortable, they will not notice if you lose consciousness from the pain now, they are not interested in which tooth you should make. I came to Armenia with a bad tooth, which (not in the latest clinics in Moscow and St. Petersburg) could not be cured properly. There were standard unsubscriptions from the series "do not drink cold and clean better" to my complaints. But all the years I felt that something was wrong with the tooth (unpleasant taste, very sensitive)
Initially, I got an ultrasound to Lusina Aleksanyan (I have never had such a thorough cleaning), who did not like the filling on her tooth. They were taken to a specialized doctor on this issue (in the clinic, by the way, each doctor is responsible for a local issue, which allows them to perform their work better than multidisciplinary doctors)
Further, after examining Vagan Mardyan, I finally heard that my fears about the tooth were not groundless: the channels affected by a deep disease had to be urgently treated and sealed (by the way, I have extremely sensitive teeth and in Russia I always had injections even for ultrasound, but here the doctor completely drilled the tooth without a drop of anesthesia, I I didn't feel anything at all. Although this tooth is always extremely sensitive)
A few days later, another doctor cleared all the channels for me in 50 minutes maximum (they were severely affected and distorted, but the work was done extremely professionally, every movement was performed perfectly, I did not feel any pain at all, the anesthesia was excellent)
a few days have passed, I have no pain, no unpleasant sensations, I can drink cold and hot, my face is not swollen, although all my friends after this procedure do not fit their face in the door. Even on the same day there was no pain
It remains only to seal the channels and put a normal seal.
Also, in this clinic, the husband treats his teeth, whose teeth are extremely capricious and problematic, was also delighted. Since Armenia has become a second home, we will only come here to treat our teeth

I visited the clinic on 10/24/2022. The doctor treated 4 teeth in 1.5 hours. I flew to Moscow, my cured teeth hurt all the time, when I came to the dentist in Moscow, the doctors were surprised how rudely they did everything, without a picture, they did not remove the nerves. Accordingly, it was impossible to eat with these teeth, they reacted to any food with acute pain, as well as to cold and heat. I had to redo everything. I would not recommend this clinic, it is a business, not a treatment. I paid 74,000 drams. Apparently, the doctor who treated me has no conscience. I give him my best regards.
