We lived in a room on the 4th floor, the room itself is certainly not very good, but the view from the veranda overshadows all the disadvantages) and if you go for a walk all day, then it's fine for a night stay)
A barn and it's not the one that's a palace! I strongly do not recommend staying here! An unsafe elevator (only for 2 people), a smoky room with a lock that does not close, an air conditioner and a shower that does not work. The lamps are held only on burnt contours... We only had enough for 4 hours - to spend the night. Then we moved to a hotel for less money, but much higher in terms of service and customer care
The staff is responsive, the receptionist at the reception gave his Istanbul card free of charge out of the kindness of his heart, since it simply wasn't in the vending machines. Thank you so much for this!)
The location is convenient, in the very center, within walking distance of all the sights. But it can also be a minus, as it is incredibly noisy at night. Keep in mind and take earplugs. Or close the windows tightly.
The hotel smelled of cigarettes, although it was written everywhere that it was forbidden to smoke.
In the room for one there is a large double bed, a thin blanket, although for August-September just according to the weather, I don't know how in winter.
In the bathroom I was faced with the fact that there is a shower watering can, but as such there is no place to take a shower ... alas, I had to pass a strength test. 😅
I looked into other rooms, there was a shower stall, apparently in my economy it was extra...😂
In general, for such money, you should not expect absolutely anything. So as not to get upset! I think the price-quality is quite consistent.
In order to walk around the city all day, and in the evening to come and fall asleep - quite.
I'll give you three stars. Well, unfortunately, it does not pull for more!
We lived in a three-room hotel, in a two-room room on the fourth floor. The bathroom is tired and without a hood, the towels did not dry, but at our request they were given enough so that we just handed over the raw ones. The breakfasts were monotonous, but it was quite enough. There is a shop, pharmacy, restaurant nearby (in the building on the ground floor), the prices are quite adequate. The hotel is two stars, very modest, but its location is 5+. In general, I recommend it, the main attractions are just around the corner. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I do not recommend a terrible place.
There is no stable Wi-fi, breakfast is very small, there is practically no choice, cigarettes smell everywhere for this is a huge minus.
It's better to save up more money and check into a more expensive and comfortable hotel)

Friendly staff, clean room, there is a simple and small breakfast, convenient location. The bathtub in the double room is very amusingly located, on a very high step
Terrible hotel. The bottom is full 🤮
Don't care about guests and hospitality:
Disgusting sluggish breakfasts
😞 Dead room, mold in the shower
😞 The hair dryer does not work
😞 The beds didn 't have sockets
The lock in the front door is an interior one. It's not even a castle.
There is no safe. Combined with the lack of a sane lock and door
😞 Slow and unstable Internet
😞 The room was still not cleaned in two days
👍 Only the location is good here (5-10 minutes to Hagia Sophia) and the view from the terrace at breakfast
If possible, it is better to consider other hotels…
