I like the center, friendly, polite medical staff, I applied more than once, I always stayed pretty) Today I went to take the DAD's test, when I signed up at the registry office, I clarified the cost, as a result, I paid 2 times more to the question why they initially said the wrong amount, they answered maybe they confused the test and called the wrong amount, there were no apologies, it's a pity I was a little disappointed in the unfair attitude to work)Of course, you need to be more attentive in your field, since a person can be a visitor and how to be in such a situation)

I called the medical center beforehand to find out if they were taking the tests I needed there. I was interested in PCR analysis for pertussis, as well as immunoglobulins for paracoccussis. I was assured that yes. When I brought a child from another city for analysis, it turned out that they do not do this. The only thing available is immunoglobulins for whooping cough. I had to do it. If they had known, they would have taken the child to Minsk.
And now about the good things. The blood from the vein of a small child was taken very well - quickly and without any traces. I am very grateful for this! The girl who carried out the blood collection behaved professionally and was humanly supportive.
The receptionist apologized for the situation and also communicated professionally.
If it wasn't for that, I would have given it one star. Because a trip with a sick little child for 50 km is almost a waste - it's still an adventure.
It is necessary to double-check the qualifications and professionalism of the staff at the center so that such situations do not arise again. This is unacceptable.
