The first three visits are on a solid 5. Delicious food, good tea, cool atmosphere. The last visit was on 3. Napoleon was clearly lying down, the music was too loud and intrusive. The tea remained delicious. The service used to be 5+, now they can easily bring dessert at the beginning, then salad, and then tea. A joint of the administrator/management who didn't tell the waiters just didn't tell them how to work. The food on the menu is still delicious.

It's a great place! The DJ plays good popular music, good hookahs, delicious cuisine, pleasant atmosphere, we sat on the flight, it was cool enough in the evening, I saw board games!
