The place is quite visited, and, apparently, that's why the staff decided that it was not necessary to treat customers normally. The toilet is constantly closed under the guise that there is no water. There is no water in other cafes either, but somehow they get out of the situation. Coffee is not served in a bowl under the same noise. They constantly confuse desserts, they don't carry what they ordered. The staff itself is unfriendly. I don't want to come anymore. The only advantage of this institution is a children's room.

We need to do something about the staff. Girls are boorish. Always with a displeased expression, they push me away. Apparently the loads are big for girls!!!! But, nevertheless, you go to the coffee shop for the atmosphere and drinks.

Delicious coffee and cocoa, however, the overall impression was spoiled by the behavior of the staff. The attendants seemed distant, not friendly, and did not show proper attention to the visitors. It ruined the overall impression. I hope that in the future the management will pay attention to the quality of service.
